Do not go to this Dealership. I have gone to
Infinity Dealerships for 5 years and this is the
WORST. I was Never told that I would be charged $170 just to look at the car.
They told me this After I Drove an Hour to get there. Then they wanted $1200 for a New
Starter. Twice as Much as any Dealer.
They are Horrible. I called to complain to the
Service Manager and he said Oh Well!

Wow where do I start! I have been a loyal customer since 2017 when I bought my QX50. The service manager Tom Smith is the one that sold the car before I sat in it. Today was my first visit since he left. I stopped in this morning (Saturday) for a quick oil change on my wife's G37X which I have always done in the past. I have never ever scheduled an appointment. I waited for a couple of minutes to be approached while I watched (4) gentlemen talk approximately (50) foot from me. After the service advisor finally approached I told him I needed an oil change. He in turn told me it would be a (3) hour

I recently worked with Ryan Thompson and Darrin Penrod to purchase a used 2015 Infiniti Q50 (my 3rd Infiniti). I had a wonderful experience. Their manager Darrin even went to another dealer just so I could test drive a different car ( which i ultimately did not purchase) The salesman was not high pressure and answered all my questions. The finance guy was great, quick and easy. I am totally in love with my new to me car. They went above and beyond. Darrin and Ryan were outstanding. We will be back 🤩🤩

I recently had a great experience with Shawn Olson and all the others at INFINITI of CIncinnati. It was good because you don't have any pressure and they listen and respond positively to what you have to say. Didn't push for any other perks other than the vehicle I was interested in. I'm sure everything they told me at the time will prove out to be correct. If I ever need another vehicle I will certainly get in touch with Shawn to see if he has what I'm looking for at the time.

I have visit this location a few times in the past. My first two experiences were just OK and my third I said I would not return again. It is not close to my home or place of employment and I did not feel like it was worth the extra effort, money and time. However, this visit the service advisor I had was very customer service driven. Addressed my concerns and although there was an issue with getting me a shuttle driver he gave me the option to reschedule or wait. He ensured me that they would move as quick as possible if I did wait. Also, having an earlier appt is ideal for me and I was able to
