Purchased a vehicle from these people and with the purchase came a lifetime of free oil changes. So I set an appointment and drop of vehicle, I have now been waiting for over 3 hours, I asked the service advisor for the status of my truck, he gets grumpy and tells me he will call me when its ready, so I could possibly be here till 6pm when they close as they will not tell me when its going to get the oil change done, What a waste of the day having to sit on a bench at Click and just wait. Easier to pay Firestone or Jiffy Lube. I am almost positive they are going to attempt to sell me some kind

Due to a family illness/death and COVID my CX-5 way long overdue to be serviced. Living at least 2 hours out of town wasn't helping much either. I called the service department and spoke to Carissa P. She was fantastic. She scheduled an appointment to assess the work it needed . It did need quite a lot of work done and couldn't be completed that day. I had to return home so they provided a vehicle until mine was completed. Carissa kept me informed on how repairs were going. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone there was very kind and professional

Tom was the best! He took the time to walk us through all the new technology in our dream car and answered any questions we had. Jeremy and Tom did everything and found our dream car and kept us updated throughout the process! Jeremy went above and beyond to stay late for us to get our car after we got off work. The whole staff at Mazda dealership was super nice and did everything to help us! Thank you all!
