I have used Jacob's service twice now in the past two seasons. The summer brings out the ants, and the ants like to crawl into our bungalows on our community property. It's been a serious problem and really annoying to say the least! This service is awesome. They came back twice to do a top up on the house as the problem was extensive. That is also their policy. Within a month, if you're still having problems, they'll come back and inspect again and apply their solution. It's safe on plants and animals so no need to worry. After two years of a very bad ant problem, they solved the issue. I use

Jacob is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He explains your pest problem, the best way to treat it, what to expect with the treatment, and any follow up that is necessary. He is careful with the chemicals he uses and can explain how they work (this is a huge improvement from the big name guys we had previously used who pretty much had no idea what they were spraying). Love his honesty, know-how and transparency. Would highly recommend.

Jacob is great! He explained everything to us about the ants and any other bugs that were sharing our space and not only took care of the problem but taught us how to prevent future infestations. He's reasonably priced and works fast. We highly recommend him and his company!

Always call Jacob when I need pest control. I had a huge cockroach problem in my apartment and my management office brought some pest control guys to get rid of them but the roaches always came back. So I decided to call someone on my own and I found Jacob on google and yelp so I decided to use him because of his great reviews and I have to say he is hands down the best. The roaches never came back and when I moved to a new apartment I made sure he treated it before we moved in. HANDS DOWN THE BEST !!!!

What makes this company differ is the staff. Highly professional and efficient. I have them service the property I rent and boy am i pleased! "Although I rarely take the time to do this sort of thing, I feel absolutely compelled to let you know that Jacob is an outstanding technician. I have dealt with many pest control companies over the 25 years we've been in our home & many technicians. I have never encountered an individual who is as thorough in his work, takes the time to explain to me what the problem was & how he treated it, who is so kind, well-spoken, and organized.
