I honestly do not understand why people raved about the great experience or service at Porsche North Scottsdale. I visited store to consider buying a Porsche today. Valerie, as the service advisor, started with limited stocked and surcharges with each model without offering any test drive or showing any model car. We learned that we need to pay extra 30K for 718, 20K for 911, and 40K for higher models on top of MSRP although we stated that we were fine to wait longer. That becomes the take-away message after 20 min visit. She did not know any preference of my interested model or even my contact

The place was clean, service was on time. My service adviser was Michael and he did a great job. But, everybody I came in contact with was nice. I would recommended them, of course its expensive, it's a Porsche dealer in Scottsdale Arizona. The car was washed before I got it back and it was beautiful. No problems with the service.

Bought a used car from Porsche North Scottsdale sight unseen...I live in San Diego. Got a great deal on a rocket ship of a vehicle. Dropped off my 911 GT3 with a blown motor. Now the beginning of the whole thing wasn’t the best but again I just dropped off my car with almost no warning or prep for service advisors. Anyways, I got paired with Jeremy. The man is incredible at his job and very trust worthy. I had the expectations honestly maybe never seeing the car again. He put a full new crate engine in it for me under warranty in like 2.5 weeks. Car runs fantastic and better than ever. Can’t be much happier about how it all worked out. Thanks again
