I used Roger and his team to do a rather difficult home in Lake Washington. The site had to have a lot of stability added to it in the form of auger cast, sheet, pin and soldier piles. The site was also very restricted measuring about 60'x70'.
Roger and his team met expectations and provided insight that proved his team is in touch with current trends, administrative requirements and code. His most visible projects are the mixed use properties he has had a hand in, but be it private residential or a mixed use project I would recommend him.
