Waterfront Construction is the Pacific Northwest leader in custom designed docks constructed to meet our individual customers needs. Each dock is individually designed with site conditions, prevailing winds, waves, tides and government regulations in mind. Materials used are both sturdy and attractive, enhancing the long-term appearance of your waterfront.
TrueDeck creates a beautiful overall tiled appearance wherever it is installed on piers or floating docks. Its surface is slightly nubbed for skid resistance and is very comfortable for all sizes of bare feet to walk upon it. Truedeck is also low maintenance. Routine pressure washings are recommended as needed to remove any slippery moss build-up respective to a customer's marine environment.
Waterfront Construction provides and installs watercraft lifts ranging from 4,000 pound capacity up to 25,000 pound capacity. Lifts are available in different configurations, from Electric-powered, Water Hydraulic and Oil Hydraulic. We also offer Personal Watercraft Lifts (PWC's) for Jet-Skis and custom made platform lifts for kayaks and even sea-planes.

Poor communication. Quotes offer very little detail. Got the sense that they feel like they have the market cornered so they can leave people hanging. Justin committed to helping us with a project agreed his quote was a bit confusing. Offered to re-work the numbers then just never got back to us accept behind text messages. Called office and cell multiple times. Be careful if your project relies on these guys!
