I bought and lived in a Cascade Built townhouse and had horrible issues with the plumbing and HVAC, which was installed incorrectly and had to be replaced in my and the other unit for a cost of $8,000.00 each. Talk about unsustainable construction. More like green washed. Cascade Built did not stand by their construction. Also, the other reviews here are from the owner's wife, Jen Ritchie who is in PR, and "wiz KID", who is the owner Sloan Richtie.
