Company installed a large roof for us and did a great job. The management was on the site often to insure the job proceeded without delay. A large hard working crew was present from beginning to the end. They never ran short of material. The landscaping was protected -- nothing was damaged. The price was right.

Outstanding to work with. One of or the best I've ever worked with in over 20 years as an insurance adjuster in the70s, 80s and 90s but this was on my roof. A class operation and the most competitive of the cos I talked to. I am still impressed with their professionalism.

Could not be happier with our new roof on our cabin! These guys did a terrific job! They totally cleaned their mess, the roof and flashing looks absolutely excellent, their price was very reasonable and they did it very fast! They came very highly recommended by a realty company in Hoodsport! I would use them over and over again!

We used Ascend to reroof our vacation home in Mason County. They came in with the most reasonable bid and did excellent work. They arrived as promised, stayed in contact throughout the job and completed the work within two days. They provided ample photos to document their progress and to show us the sorry state of what they found up there. (No huge surprise--the drips had been steadily increasing.) They created a solid plan to shore up the sagging gable ends of the roof and were reasonable with the charges for the change order. It's not always easy to find reliable contractors where we live

I tried to give them some business but after leaving a message thru their website and later following it up with an email directly to them with no response I will not be using Ascend for anything. When someone tries to give you a job and you don't respond it leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
If you don't want the business at least have the decency to respond to someone who asked for a consult/tried to give you work.

I had a soft spot in my roof. Ed and Dennis came out and looked at it. Said that they would not be able to get to it for about 3 weeks but that it looked like there would be a need to replace not only the drywall but also the insulation and plywood, possibly the trusses due to mold. They asked me to cut out a bigger hole and they would come out and look at it to get a better idea of cost.
I cut out an area like I was asked to and called Dennis. He got me mixed up with another job and after about 10 minutes remembered me. I told him that I cut out the area like I was asked to and he could come

Not pleased at all. Contacted this company, along with 3 others, for an estimate for services. Ascend was the first appointment at 8AM. They never called or showed up to give us their estimate. Whether this was because they were told we are getting several estimates or that they are just inconsiderate is anyone's guess. Poor communication on their part. Will never call them again. The other 3 companies showed up on time and were courteous and gave great follow up.
