Cannot stress this enough. Do not buy any car from these guys. Sold us a broken car and straight up refused to fix it.

My girlfriend bought a car , they gave her a messed up car and now they won't answer the damn calls , ain't that some shxt , today we found out this same dealership (mikes auto sales) messed with a lot of things and gave her mechanical issues and now is on a waiting list to get it fixed out of pocket and things are coming out of pocket because we live over 2 hrs away and want us to keep going like if we live close & they don't stick to their word and lie about fixing things just so you take it home when you clearly tell them you won't take it if the things are more than

Save your money please its not worth it at all had too many problems with my car i live over 2 hours away they lied and told me the car was good and literally as soon as i took it home found something new every week they half assed things considering taking this to court because they lied too much and now im stuck financing this car and they wont even pick up the phone or hang up on me and im not even rude that's completely bs , they dont keep their word , they made me come hella times and told me they would give me gas and gave me only $20 FOR BACK AND FORTH and they want me to keep going

I have to give a shout out to Mike's for exceptional service! Very professional, courteous, respectful and had an awesome experience. They listened to me and provided me with answers when I had questions. I felt treated like a friend or family member. GREAT JOB! Thanks so much for everything!

Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They are very disrespectful towards women and treat people very badly. The owner talks down to people as he thinks he is better than anyone. Don't waist your time with this dealership. Would advise people to stay away from here. If you want to be cussed at and treated bad feel free to go talk to one of the owners

My family and I always go to mikes and we always have amazing service. My car was recently in an accident and I needed a new car quickly and they got the job done the day I came in. This is my second car that I have purchased with them. They are always so great at keeping in our price range and getting us a great vehicle. Bought my 3rd car at Mike's Auto Sales and thanks to Abdul he made the deal happen. I tried at other dealerships and was turned down. I've been on the market for a new car for a couple months and have been to many different dealerships and had no luck with the perfect car, nor the best customer service. As soon as I walked into Mikes Auto Sales, Mike Jr. was the one that greeted us and made us feel comfortable and safe from the start. They have so many cars and an outstanding variety of cars. If I could give 0 stars I would! Made an appointment to test drive a car that I seen while driving to one of my offices. When I called in I told them I couldn't come any earlier then 1pm because I live an hour and a half away. Drove all the way up in the rain to go see this car. As soon as I walk in I'm greeted with "we already sold it this morning. If you wanted a car we need $4000"

are you kidding?!

First of all, you had my number and an apt made-If you sold the car how about a courtesy call so I don't waste my time/gas!

I had a great experience buying a car from Mikes Auto Sales. Abdul took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a car that I LOVE. He even took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and I will definitely recommend them for future purchases.

Horrible customer service! Called to ask basic simple questions and "Claudia" hung up in the middle of my question, called back to ask why she had hung up and she gave me a different name "Cynthia" however it was the same voice same tone. Very unprofessional and no manners whatsoever.

I just bought a 2016 Chevy Silverado a vehicle from Mike auto sales and I had a pretty awesome experience. My sales person Abdula was patient with me and didn't pressure me like I was expecting. They had a 2017 Silverado that I really wanted but it must've sold the day before. Overall I had a great experience with this company.

As a previous customer of Mike's I hoped for good customer service. Unfortunately it was not so. My husband purchased a used truck for work.. we didn't pay a lot for it. We were promised new tail lights, however as soon as we left the dealership it was quickly forgotten. Very dissatisfied with the service we received, I or my family will never shop for a vehicle there again.

Worst car dealership in salinas !!!! Bought a 2000 Yukon which I understand as is .. for 5000.00 a month half later broke down ! Blown head ! He told me not to worry about cost have it towed to united smog to fix . I DId . Heard nothing called united smog told them car was on the way , called two days later see what the damages were (cost etc..) they told me dealer (mikes auto ) would be picking it up ??? I went to mikes auto to get it that's when he sprung it on me he would pay 400.00 to fix it I was responsible for 938.00 without

any paperwork from united smog ! Or anything showing what

Do not buy a car for Mike auto sale I bought a car three months ago and a car broke down I I take the car for repair this people didn't want to help me this guy his name is Omar very bad customer service their cars your junk 100% I will not recommend to buy a car please listen to me do not waste your money there now the car is in the house I cannot drive it Second team this guy Omar want to fight me I complain about the car I was trying to be politely but this guy was very rude hopefully somebody can understand me
