Incompetent mechanics who do not take pride in their work. They said they found and repaired the car leaks I brought it in for. After paying over a 1000+,
they missed the leak coming from the cam shaft. How could they miss that? They wanted 900+ to repair something they should have found in the first place! If I had known this, I would not have had any work done! However Sale rep, was totally professional.

WORST! customer service ever! bought a brand new 2020 Toyota Tacoma. fuel pump went bad at 17k. Tried to blame it on contaminated fuel. They commented that my truck seem to have been submerged in mud? They quoted me for 3k worth of repairs, stating fuel pump assembly and fuel injectors had to be replaced as well as the fuel tank had to be clean out. I declined the work stating I would do repair myself. Later on I found out when my fuel tank was removed that their statement was inaccurate. Found no metal inside fuel tank. Found debris inside the pump itself not in the tank. I just replaced the fuel

I was checked in only couple minutes right after my arrival. The process was so simple and fast. Marcus the manager offerred me shuttle services so I did not have to wait at the waiting hall for 2.5 hours. Also Mr. Fretwell was the driver. He was not only friendly but also made sure my PlugIn Rav4 got fully charged before I even asked. Best services in Salinas, and Bay Area!! Thank you for your profesionalism and helpfulness:)

Very frustrating and overall disappointing experience. I brought my vehicle in for service when I noticed the washer fluid flooding out. I requested that the technician inspect for rodent damage, since two other vehicles at my residence had the same problem (and rodent nests had been found in both).

After months of researching Tacoma Trucks and the options they had to offer, I finally decided on an Army Green, Fully loaded TRD Sport 4X4. I had contacted multiple dealers on the availability of that truck. All dealers informed me that this particular truck was considered a "unicorn" since it was difficult to find that color and especially with the options I was looking for. ALL Dealers also informed me, due to that particular color, it would have a "mark up" ranging from 1900 to 2500. If you going to spend 40k on a car would you want to a test drive first? Do you have to commit to buy before a test drive? Seriously?

She and I connected in mid December when I was looking for a very hard to find Toyota 4runner TRD pro. On June 10, 2019, I was involved in an accident on the highway. There was no body damage to my vehicle. However, I had my 2017 Toyota Prius towed to Salinas Toyota. Salinas Toyota service department said, "we can run a diagnostic test on your vehicle, in order to find out what's wrong with your car." I agreed. I found out that I needed a new front axle, anew transmission, a new oil pan, and new oil and transmission fluid. I contacted my USAA insurance. I was visiting relatives in Salinas for the 4th of July weekend. My engine light turned on and I was on pins and needles. I had a 300 mile trip back home. I found out Salinas Toyota was open on Sunday and was there half hour before they opened. Omar took my information and the dealer shuttle dropped me off at my nieces. A couple of hours later Omar called and said my problem was a faulty gas cap, sweet, problem solved. The shuttle picked me up and I was back to pickup my 4RUNNER. The cashier lady was very nice and courteous and my whole experience was great. Thanks Salinas Toyota....you guys rock

I had a Great experience at this dealership. I purchased a 2006 Tacoma TRD Sport, there was a little issue with the front wheelbearing but it got fixed right away. I'm driving home from work and I hear this annoying squealing noise. I think to myself, "Which ghetto car around me is making that noise!?" Turns out it was my car. Ugh!!! So I drive it straight to Toyota. Less than 30 minutes later, my vehicle has been assessed and fixed. No charge and a free wash to boot! Talk about wanting to please their customers. I highly suggest Isaiah Silvia to help you if you are looking to purchase. He spent hours with us helping us find the car we want as well as an affordable option. We had a very pleasant experience he was also not pushy in any way and was able to answer all questions we had. We felt absolutely no pressure from him we also felt he tried his hardest to get us the payment options we wanted and needed. Ask for him first or come back when he's working.

Purchased a Toyota Yaris from here a couple months ago. Roger was my salesman.
I'm learning a lot of life lessons as a young man through this car buying process.
Roger was a decent guy and I enjoyed talking and working with him. However, when I asked him whether the Yaris was a one owner car, he responded that it was. I believe I asked him the question twice. I took him at his word and glazed over the CarFax when it was given to me. Lesson learned -- never scan through the CarFax haphazardly. Technically, it was a one-owner car, but it was a rental, which decreases the resale value of the

I made an appt for a minor service. On check-in, I was told it would be about an hour and 20 mins, and since it takes 20-30 mins to be delivered/picked up via their shuttle, I decided to wait.
I didn't get my keys back for 2 hrs and 45 mins, after sitting in the freezing cold lobby the entire time. The last 25 mins was due to the "10 minute" carwash, which left soap dripping from the doors.
Liz in the service dept is very nice, but that was the worst and most miserable experience I've ever had at this dealership.
Going to Seaside next time.

I came here to buy a hybrid car. 1. We needed a fuel efficient car and 2. They are having the Memorial Day sales.
David was our salesman. He answered all the questions we asked very patiently.
Also the owner showed us the service area and went through the owner's manual with us. He was also making sure our salesman did his job correctly. (Which I liked)
At the end, we went home with A 2015 Camry hybrid. (So far we love our car)
I just hope that their after care and service department will be as great experience as the sales team!!

Salinas Toyota was amazing. I actually flew down from Seattle to purchase a car from them, and here are some of the things they did for me:
1 - saved the car I wanted, and turned down several other buyers in person, at least one of whom offered $2,000 more than I paid (because I had already placed a deposit by phone);
2 - made sure that no one drove the car I wanted - when I drove it off the lot, it had two miles on the odometer;
3 - picked me up from San Jose Airport and drove my girlfriend and I 90 minutes to the dealership;
4 - prepared my paperwork in advance, and whisked me through F&I

Not the first time I brought my 2014 Sienna here for service. They are supposed to do a courtesy service even though we bought the van in SoCal. Last time some girl helped me & she was so helpful & attentive but THIS time, Mike Ely helped me & apparently, UNLESS I allow them to put the "complimentary" frame that says "Salinas Toyota Scion" on my license plates, they will not wash my car for me. You mean the ONLY way a person that has purchased (& we purchased BRAND NEW) a Toyota can get a car wash along with their Toyota service, is if we advertise them?!
