I hate leaving poor reviews (just check my history) but in a business where trust and professionalism is critical, Watsonville Ford really blew it. I saw the vehicle I wanted online and called requesting to test drive a vehicle and set an appointment for between 4:15 and 4:30 as I explained I had to secure a ride and that I would be driving an hour to get there. I explained I was fully ready to purchase the vehicle as my current ride just took a crap.
Well, just walked in and asked to speak to Ivan about the test drive and another sales person said, "bad news, I just sold your car."

Once again Mr. Gene Caerrero came thru for us. It took nine months to get built , and arrive at Port Huyneme, CA. by ship, but Gene had marked it “hot”, so it was shipped to Watsonville Ford in a few days.

I just received the worst customer service in 30 years of dealing with auto mechanics. I even tried to resolve it with the manager, and the poor treatment continued. I'm in the market for a new car right now, and will not be shipping at this dealer. Customer service matters in the big picture, folks.

I have been dealing with this dealership for over 30 years and have always had an excellent experience. Most of the staff has been there for years and are still there and provide excellent service. We had a great experience purchasing a used car from Watsonville Ford. We were pre-approved with our credit union at 2.74% prior to car shopping. Charlie, the sales manager, was able to beat their rates which was surprising but of course we took it! We were purchasing from out of town and when we arrived, the car was washed and ready to go with a full tank of gas. We did the whole process online prior to arriving the day for pickup. The whole process was super easy with no pressure or sales tactics. Horacio, the salesman even helped my wife get her phone connected with Bluetooth. Loved

I would like to thank Alvaro Duran for taking the time to coordinate an appointment for me on getting into a new vehicle without a down payment with my not so great credit. My husband got pre-approved for a loan online (I didn't know this part until later) and picked me up from work so we could "look" at the new 2020 Mustangs, my dream car!
Little did I know that I was going to walk in, get handed a set of keys to take a test drive. Needless to say, I fell in love with the car.
We got back from the test drive and a little over an hour later, I had a brand new Mustang!

I own a 1986 f350 xl. When I bought her I replaced the alternator, master cylinder and the battery. Shes been driving for 3 months since with zero issues at all. Using her daily to pull my trailer.

Just purchased a Ford F-150 from Gene and could not have had a better shopping experiencing. Went with a buddy and we test drove 2 trucks and looked at probably 10 others. They have a very good inventory to pick from. Their website showed all the discounts and rebates that were available. I went in planning to purchase a particular one that I found on the website. After looking at number of other trucks I ended up getting one with a couple additional options (skid plate and back up warning sensor) that I liked. That truck had a higher sticker price but they gave me a deal that was even better than

I brought in Fiesta ST on August 11, 2020 at 0800 appt to have a black light inspection to determine if there is a leak. Finally around 10:30, I got an answer- yeah, you have a leak. But, we do not have the parts in to make repairs. The dealer will order the parts. When it comes in, we will give a call to make an appointment. I got a call on the 12th so I made an appointment to bring in the car on 19th at 0830. I got a call around 1530 telling me that the technician realized that the seal was the wrong size.
