If I could give 0 start, I would. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Honestly, this whole experience felt like one big joke on us. This is a poorly managed dealership with poorly trained employees who know NOTHING. There are so many Toyotas around the area - literally go to any other one. Be careful of these "great packages" - these are all things that should already be covered by warranty.
THEY WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE THE CAR THAT WAS QUOTED ON THE PHONE THAT THEY CONFIRMED WOULD BE AVAILABLE. We called before we made the trek out to make sure a 90 min drive would be worth it. Turns out - they don't keep

If you want over-priced cars and people taking advantage of you due to a “shortage of vehicles”, go to this dealership and specifically ask for Amber. She’s a pro at hustling you down to your last penny. This place is not a corporation so that’s probably why they have reps that use dirty tactics to try and get every dollar out your pocket.

I had been going to this dealership for my Toyota care and had recently gone to my frist maintenance appointment outside of my care program. I had expected to be billed something less than $70 for a routine oil change and yet was presented with a tentative bill of $410. When I had asked what was being done on the car the worker had presented me with a list of basic maintenance care and then proceeded to tell me that there was a special program where for $399 I could extend 4 more maintence visits which would include my 30,000 maintence work. This was my worst car dealership experience.
We made an appointment at the dealership for a test drive. But when we arrived, we were pushed from one dealer to the other. And finally told they don't have any car available for the make we were looking for. This is after we had confirmed our appointment 1hr before coming to the dealership.

I would give them NO stars if I could. I took in my 2020 Camry yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation as part of my Toyota Care. The representative who helped me was Julian. I didn't have an appointment but they said I can leave the car, to which I said it was fine. I expected it to take most of the day, but after about an hour, they called me that it was done. It seemed very weird how fast it was since I had no appointment and they were busy... When I got home, I had a bad feeling about something, so I checked the oil and filter myself. I used to think that dealership was the best but after the very poor detailing job done on my SUV, I was totally disappointed. I brought my car in for detailing and left it there for a whole day. I had to rent a car from them for the day. I got my car and it looked like it was only vacuumed and ran through a drive through car wash. I saw some spots on my leather seats and the door vinyl that were never touched. The car did not look derailed at all. Additionally, I hear a noise coming from the back seat like something is loose since that day I went to the store and bought supplies and detailed it

Worst service ever, very dishonest. Will never buy a car from them ever again. We took our 2020 Tacoma for service when we picked it up we noticed the brake discs were very old and rusted, we came back to talk to them but they got very defensive and said that was normal wear and tear. We asked them to show us a truck in their lot with the same issue they showed us a 10+ year old truck with approximately 20% of the rust ours did, ours being just 1 year old. They said they would call us back after they talk to the manager but they never did.

I'm just frustrated with this place. Been coming here for about 4 years now, and it's not bad, but it's just not good. My 2020 visit during Covid was insane. I had an older guy, who turned out to be homeless, give me a full on lecture about Jesus in the waiting room. Was there in May 2021 and the service rep said I "needed" (yes, she said needed) three items. One was windshield wipers.. right before Memorial Day weekend... in the summer. Like come on dude. I pass another Toyota dealership to come to this one. Why? Because they have such great customer service!

All the service techs are super friendly and super knowledgeable about all Toyota vehicles. They offer (not push) you suggestions for additional needed repairs and services on your vehicle .

They are very clear in presenting you on paper what you're going to pay for the total cost will be before they start working on your vehicle.

They have always been accurate with their promised completion time for my vehicle. Sometimes they finish 15-20mins early as promised!

This Toyota Service center is the worse I have been to. It needs a complete overhaul or something. The staffs are rude and tired.

Brought my 2020 RAV4 for the gas tank repair/ recall in the morning. After almost a full day at the service center, the service agent called to inform that they performed the procedure incorrectly as per Toyota recall/ repair instruction, hence the are unable to make any corrections. They said I have to make another appointment for the same procedure again. Wasted the entire day.

What a joke. DO NOT GO THERE. THESE JOKERS DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!

Horrible service, my dad and I were here yesterday to get our car serviced, 30 minutes after we left the dealership our TIRE flew off of our car causing us to get into an accident that could've killed us. Also keep in mind this was a brand new car too, so this is VERY UPSETTING. Whoever worked on my dads car HALF FASTED the job and almost ended up getting us killed. Had the worst expieriene with marcus! Have bought multiple cars from this dealership with great service before and today marcus had the most attitude and sarcasm in all of his responses to my questions. Couldnt even enjoy looking at all the cars without him badgering us then being rude when we'd answer his questions, so he cost you guys the sale today! Maybe find him a new department without customer service.

I would give zero stars if possible. This dealership has the most disrespectful staff - including the manager, Richard. Toyota had my vehicle for 2 weeks and upon getting the vehicle back, it had a bunch of scratches that were not there before hand. When I spoke to the manager about it (he barely wanted to talk to me as it is) he was quick to make the decision that he was NOT going to take responsibility for the scratches.

My car was suppose to be in the dealership to get FIXED, not to be returned with MORE DAMAGE. They are careless with your vehicle, they demonstrate poor workmanship, they provide

DO NOT BUY TIRES at Gilroy Toyota and go somewhere else for service on vehicles.

Gilroy service and dealership does not honor the warranty and worst customer service ever.

Toyota serviced the Highlander with an oil change and tires were rotated. We are diligent with our service in order to maintain the warranty and health of the auto.

I purchased Toyo Tires for the Highlander in summer July of 2018 and in 2017.

Highlander made a wobbling sound immediately after we left Dealership - after oild change. We drove the SUV for a few days and the sound grew louder. The sound was a humming wobbling

What a ripoff!

I brought our RAV4 into the service department to have a break job. The inspection costs me $85. Then the service representative told me it was going to be $1300 to replace four break pads and one set of rotors! That is absolutely absurd!

I called San Jose Gilroy Toyota's service department and got a quote for $800 for the exact same work.

I confronted Gilroy Toyota and they lowered the price to $850 but that was it.

Then I called a break shop a few blocks away and they quoted me $630! I don't think I'm allowed to mention their name (if you email me, I will tell

I just caught this service department attempting to fraudulently falsify tire damage. I brought my 2011 Camry in for routine service (oil change, battery service, check tire indicator light). They charged me $146.00 to diagnose a flat tire. The tire was supposed to be under the road hazard warranty, as I bought the tires at Toyota. They called at the end of the day to tell me all of this, leaving me without transportation. They said that they had filled a claim on my behalf and as a result, I would get $41.00 towards a new $250.00 tire! However, they would have to keep the car over night due
