Employees are rude. I made appointment and they didn't even look at my vehicle. Than why make me drive my vehicle all the way from Gilroy???😡😡 In the passed you HAD great customer service but not anymore. Believe me I would NOT recommend your location to anyone. I took my vehicle elsewhere and YES GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Your loss. My insurance is covering even more than I expected. Thanks to your employees!!!!

I bought a transit connect from the wonderful people at Greenwood ford. I drove all the way from the Bay Area and it was totally worth it. Don helped me out pick the car and fill out the financing app and even though I changed my mind last minute for another transit, he was totally cool about it and made it happen. John was also very nice throughout the signings of the contracts. Everybody at this dealership is very genuine and that’s something that can’t be said often about dealerships in general. Consistent great service. Knowledgeable techs that'll do their best to find and fix your problems. Cannot speak for the buying side of things, but the service department is top-notch. Been taking my Dodge here for years as it's closer than the nearest dealer and Greenwood Ford has never let me down.

Used to be a good friendly place. Now that greenwood bought it, it's gone way down hill. They over fill a entire motor with motor oil. Oiling coming out the Cadillac converter and muffler. Came out the turbo and intake. We where told two different stories when we went to check it out. They tried to drain out the oil and not replace any parts or exhaust. They warned about burnt oil smell before taking it. Did not want to settle with customer on concerned about some sort of warranty time wise and parts the oil pass through. Settle on part of warranty under actions of the dealership putting a lean

We purchased a Lexus from this dealership last Sunday. Our salesman, Robert, was awesome. He was professional, knowledgeable, and had an excellent sense of humor.
