Here is an update to my previous review. I was driving the car and it literally CAUGHT ON FIRE with my two small children in the back!!!!!! Luckily somebody was able to extinguish the fire. It was a very traumatizing and scary moment. Even after the fire of course the engine light goes on because of a Cadillac converter issue which by state law Has to be fixed by the dealership. I called the dealership as I wasn't too worried because I purchased a warranty and they told me I did not purchase a warrantee. They treated me as I was incompetent and did not know anything about warranties and

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE, DO NOT!!
They are crooks and sell damaged cars, they sold a car to my friends daughter and it had bald tires, everything is that car was damaged to say the least. When confronted about it they were rude and disrespectful and these "men" who claim to be sales people for this horrible place are disgusting they take advantage of the younger first time buyers. Especially if they are girls, do your self a favor and don't purchase from here go to a reputable car lot. These guys are dishonest, they put on a pretty face to sell cars but once they sell you the car they are completely different. I bought a car from them and they told me that they would fix a couple things on it once I bought it, they never fixed anything after reminding them what they had told me. Most of the employees are being payed under the table to avoid taxes and this dealership is a joke please save yourself from buying a lemon car and try looking someplace else.

I went in about 2 months ago to check out a jeep they had ...but unfortunately the paperwork for the house wasn't done yet so I told them I had to wait and left a little sad, I let them know once the paperwork was done I'll be back. They kept in touch with me sending photos of new cars they got in... they even delivered a truck over from watsonville for me too look at....I felt like I was VIP lol...Sergio, armando and the pretty lady with the gucci frames thank you again!

They are known for working with the customer here. No credit? Bad credit? No problem. Got a car to trade? Or a large down payment? Even better. I put down a couple thousand down when i got my income taxes, as a down payment and left with a Cadillac Escalade. I couldn't be more happy. And my monthly payments are only $391 a month. Great customer service. Be forward and upfront with them and they will be forward with you too :)

I wish you can give no stars because this place definitely deserves no stars. This place has been the most horrible experience I've had dealing with a new purchase. Bought a vehicle then heard a noise and returned it and got another vehicle( transmission did not work.) They said they would fix it ,didn't ,yet put it on sale. What kind of place is this nothing but a scam piece$^&(

Horrible place to go to. They promise 2,000 down payment but keep asking if you can go higher. I got a 2005 chevy duramax from them and they took too long to get me approved. When I asked for my down payment back ($1500) the sales man said I couldn't get it back. I took the truck back after it broke down and they switched my truck to a 2008 Tacoma which had a misfire and had the check engine on. The sales man said I have no choice after I asked for my money back AGAIN! So I took the truck back and walked away. These guys are rip offs. Every time I went to their dealership in gilroy people
