No surprise they have a 5 star rating. This was a great experience from beginning to end. Tom, my sales rep, took the time to understand my needs and presented me options that were perfect. The install teams were timely and professional and did great work. Price were great as well. Simply put, don't waste your time at the big box chain stores.
Denver Carpet people were professional and communicative. Our sales person came out to our location quickly and met us again to look at options for colors and flooring. The installation guys (Edgar in particular) did excellent work. The only down side was one piece of the installation was delayed due to the manufacturer (not Denver Carpet).

From the get-go, Denver Carpet & Flooring was amazing. The sales rep, Catrice, was thoughtful, thorough, and helpful -- making suggestions, resolving concerns, identifying issues with resolution of those issues. The installers showed up and worked with extraordinary attention to detail on the carpet and overall care for the rest of the house as they moved materials in and out. And the carpet is beautiful -- luxurious, soft, quiet, perfectly matched to the paint, and handsomely installed. There is not one single thing this company could have done any differently, as everything was as close to perfect

Denver Carpet and Flooring was a great experience! My husband and I desperately wanted to replace our old ugly carpet in the townhome we had recently moved into but didn't know if we could afford it. When looking at our options Denver Carpet and Flooring had the best prices as well as our favorite product option with a beautiful vinyl plank flooring. Dave who came to show us products and measure our space was very knowledgeable and helpful but not at all pushy. The installers were really professional and worked super quickly. We are thrilled with how our floors look and will definitely go back

We had a great experience from start to finish! Denver Carpet and Flooring provided a competitive estimate for hardwood floors and installation and the team was not pushy and Catrice was very knowledgeable. Our installation team was fantastic: we asked for special baseboard trim and Jarrod went out of his way to source the product and explain how to prepare the raw trim for installation. He even delivered the product safely while we were out of town. The installation itself was incredibly quick and the team was clean, courteous and truly skilled. Denver Carpet & Flooring just replaced all the carpeting in our new home and did a great job. Barb, our initial point of contact, was great to work with on picking out the right product for us. She was super knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to work with. Liberiano installed the carpeting and completed the job in two days with about 2000 sq. ft. of carpeting. He did a great job, was super professional, and left the house clean and tidy. The schedule kept changing and we had to move our install several times and Denver Carpet & Flooring was super accommodating and really came through on short notice

Everyone from sales to service to install were the best we have ever dealt with. Truly profession in every aspect. We have done business with a few other carpet places, but nothing has compared to Denver Carpet and Flooring. Our house wasn't ready for the install so Denver carpet held our carpet for 2 months while renovation was completed. I had to change install dates several times and they accommodated us each time. The install went great and we can't be happier with the choice we made.
