We received a recommendation for All Pro Flooring and decided to visit there showroom and view the products. They have a vast selection of beautiful flooring options. I was able to bring a sample home and it was a per match. Rustin, the owner, was very responsive and came out to the house to give us a bid. Rustin at the team at All Pro Floors went above and beyond to help us choose our flooring and then facilitate shipping out of state. When the shipping company wasn't able to delivery in time for installation, they quickly remedied the situation and were able to redeliver this spring when were able to receive the shipment. I ordered online. They were fantastic. I started with their online chat, they answered about 50 questions for me from install to flooring options, etc. Then, there was a problem with shipping (a third party) Rustin, stepped in and made sure everything was taken care of. Super professional, super responsive, and very trustworthy. That's why we all love Amazon, we know that if there is something wrong, they'll take care of it. That's what these guys will do. I will definitely buy from them for my next project

Where other installers BS'd me, and in Empire Today's case even broke contract, Rustin was honest, upfront and fair. A few of the other installers we spoke with refused to itemize their invoices, insisted we buy their product, and wound up wasting a lot of my time. Rustin was the opposite, he worked over text, was honest about what he could and couldn't do, and encouraged me to find product at the right price -- he even picked it up! Rustin and his team left the place better than when they found it, even helped me fix a sliding glass door.
