These guys are the only ones you need to call if you're moving. We just finished our move and they were great! They actually showed up before they were supposed to. Thanks Rockline!

It took many months and possibly the below review I wrote (the power of Yelp!) but after getting the damage repaired myself, Rockline Moving finally reached back out in early April. It may have taken several months, but I must say, that the way they handled it in the end was very professional and I am blown away by the effort they put in the end to make sure I was satisfied. They we're very humble and apologetic, didn't mention the negative review at all (and when I brought it up they said they totally understood if I wanted to leave it up), sent me a check for the cost of the repair

Their office called to inform me that my moving team was in route. Just as I hung up the lead mover called and repeated the time quoted by their office, and that they would arrive within that time frame. OK, so far so good. They actually arrived exactly when they said they would.
When these guys showed up at my doorstep they had the Rockline truck, all this moving equipment, all the movers had the same uniforms on too. No sports jerseys and sagging pants. I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service. I was overcharged and the movers were unprofessional, slow and rude. My furniture was damaged and some items I never received. I complained to the owners and no one ever followed up. This company doesn't care at all about their customers.

After speaking with Brett of Rockline Moving, I paid the deposit required for a 9:45am move at least a week prior to my move. I called 3 times the day of the move, emailed, and text between 8am and 9:15am the day of my move. I have not been responded to or notified of any delay. I have not heard from anyone at Rockline Moving nor have they responded to the additional calls I've made since my 9:45am move time.

For a company who has been in business for 5 years, per their website, I would think this type of customer service would not be the impression and lasting image your company would

Awesome moving company! Made the moving process painless. Brett, the owner, went above and beyond to provide an excellent service. Not only did he personally come to oversee and help with the move, but he also brought an extra mover free of charge. As a result, the whole move was complete in under two hours. Brett is extremely kind and tries his best to make customers happy- he makes sure everything gets taken care of so that the move is stress free. The staff are extremely hard working, fast, and beyond helpful.

Excellent experience overall - Brett was extremely professional, as was his team of movers. They were able to squeeze us in on two days notice, and even brought an extra guy at no charge). They finished the job in less than the allotted time, took good care of our stuff, and made our moving experience as painless and stress-free as possible. Happy to write a positive review for them and hope to see them continue to grow their business.

Please do not even think about using Rockline Moving for your moving needs. I just suffered a nightmare of a day with them.

UPDATE In response to their response: Don't let them fool you. Their team has damaged my couch and the ceiling of my apartment, failed to finish the move (they left furniture sitting in the hallway and refused to move it into the apartment or put the legs back on the couch), and to this day (over two weeks later) I have not received a single phone call to assess the damages despite my multiple attempts to contact them. I moved from one side of Atlanta to the other last year and after much research into movers and after much communication with Brett and Will, I chose Rockline. I tend to be very thorough, like a lot of detail and ask a lot of questions when I'm spending a large sum of money and entrusting all of my valuables to strangers, and Brett and Will were patient and courteous with me. They helped me move a couple months ago and I had no idea they had a Yelp! The guys were friendly, on time and efficient! They were fast and clean and all of my belongs left in one piece and arrived safely to their destination in one piece. I definitely recommend them!

Moved my tenants out successfully but knocked over our $300 mailbox and they suddenly refuse to answer any phone calls or follow up on the damage done. For a company that stands by a guarantee and stress free moving....sure doesn't seem like it by the way they are handling it.

I decided to use Rockline Moving because they had very positive reviews and their rates were a little lower than their competitors.

You are charged per hour based on the number of movers required to assist you and travel time (the total time it takes them to get to and from their office to your location). I called several moving companies so this is standard.

The day of my move two guys arrived. They were punctual, friendly and very professional. They wrapped my couch and covered my TV and TV stand. They were very careful with these items.

We completed the move within the estimated time.

Studio R Squared is a cabinet dealer and residential design and remodeling company. While we do love our cabinet manufacturers, they often give us very little notice before a delivery. Brett and his team at Rockline Moving have always come through for us. They offload the cabinets from the 18 wheeler, load them into their truck and deliver them to our client's homes. Some of the cabinets are huge and extremely heavy. Not once has there been an incident of damage and the Rockline team always makes a good impression with our clients.

Rockline Moving made my move very easy. They were informative when I called to obtain a quote and made sure to follow up with me the next day. The quote I obtained matched the one I received from another popular Atlanta moving company. On the day of my move, the moving team arrived early, were friendly, efficient, and careful with my belongings. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

First of all, I'll start this review by saying out loud, moving is going to be painful.
I have used Rockline moving services twice by now, so I feel like I can write a good review about them. I pretty much ended up with them the first time out of Serendipity. I procrastinated calling the movers until the last week and pretty much everyone was booked, so I was calling everyone on the Yelpers list and this guys came to my rescue.

I used Rockline on 12/13/13. First of all, this was my first time using movers. I was having trouble finding movers that could fit in my budget and that were available on short notice and didn't have scary reviews online. I called and got a very friendly guy (think his name was Will). He was extremely helpful and very patient with me. He quickly emailed me a formal quote. Every correspondence was very quick and every time I called someone answered. The movers were on time and ready to work. They had me all moved in 2 hours (3 bedroom house, I had everything packed and in one room). When it
