After hunting around for a good moving company and getting a few quotes, we decided to go with Hello Movers. They were really friendly and helpful on the phone and on email. Thomas handled my international move from FL to NY, as well as moving contents locally from a storage unit into my house. I chose Hello Movers simply because my employer offered direct billing with them. I was very pleased with the whole process. I assigned a manager who oversaw the whole process. This moving company was responsive to all my inquiries about moving us. Nicole and Xavier gave great and prompt customer telephone service throughout the moving process. Their website is easy to navigate and the customer inventory online was easy to work with. The crew members worked quickly and efficiently but they were careful with all my furniture; there were no accidents or damages to anything. The booking process was great, and I was happily looking forward to my move. The day of, there was a staffing issue and they did their best to help, but it was necessary to reschedule to my move to the next day. The crew arrived as scheduled and although it took longer than we'd hoped, everything was done well and with care. I truly appreciated the manager, Mike's, attention to every detail and all of his assistance with rescheduling and other issues. I would highly recommend Hello Movers to anyone in the Orlando area - they are wonderful and will do an amazing job for you!

On the phone they were very nice and friendly, they called 2 days before scheduled time and told me they'd be there between 8-10. By 9:30 I got worried they would be late so I called and the main office said the truck had mechanical issues and my new time was 1-3.
This was unacceptable because it messed up all of my other moving plans for later in the day and when I told them they magically had guys arrive at 10:30. So they were late but that's fine, they did a good job packing but then when they offered to add a few small chairs to the truck(which I hadn't previously asked for

Last minute move just across town. i needed manpower and fast. I not only called thursday for a monday delivery but i got 30.00 cheaper price. I didn't move a lot everything was new in boxes but i couldn't do it alone. time was between 1-3 they came at 1:30 and was done all in one hour. Drivers were sweet, strong and got everything done amazingly fast. Correspondence was fast and i have no complaints. Would recommend them to anyone!

BEWARE of these movers! I do not post reviews often & hate giving bad reviews because people are trying to make a living but this group has not been good.
They provided an estimate for our move, then took almost double the time which meant double the $$. They promised all of our furniture would fit in the truck, it didn't & we had to rent a uhaul to finish the move ourselves. They dropped our large Winchester safe & broke it. They dropped furniture on our stairs & chipped the stairs all the way up, they scratched & dented our doors & walls, scratched our 1930&apos

Highly recommended with a great team of guys. Booked them off another website but felt compelled to write a review here as well because they didn't have any.
