WORST SERVICE
NO-SHOWED-NO CALL our delivery date three weeks ago, not much word until one day before the legal cutoff for delivery. NO SHOWED-NO CALL again. Someone finally called saying they had a truck accident. Rescheduled for today, here we sit, NO SHOWED AGAIN, no call, can't reach anyone.
These folks have had our furnishings for five weeks. Most of our calls have gone unanswered. We had to cancel our building move-in reservations three times after the staff prepared the loading dock, elevators, and hallways.

Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I hired them to move an organ (musical instrument), discussed the size, weight and what they might need to move it. The driver arrived and decided that he couldn’t move it. I assured him that we move organs all of the time and that we would help him. He refused and left. Now I have a very unhappy costumer and a week wasted waiting on the move.

The moving crew was also professional and they did a really good job. They showed up early even, which was convenient, then they were also very prompt in arriving on the drop-off. The service was cordial and personal but also efficient and professional. If I move again I will call them first with the assurance of a positive experience.
