Ordered this one of a kind absolutely gorgeous crib from plexicraft. The turnaround time was exactly as promised, was able to get an incredible price, the quality is not comparable to the nursery works acrylic version. The item was delivered white glove service, and the owner himself was present to make sure everything was satisfactory. Would highly recommend! Honestly writing this review as I searched google to see what time they open, and saw their rating on yelp. I'm sure what the other reviewers are saying isn't false, however please keep in mind everyone has their own experience

This company has the most outrageous lack of customer service. We have purchased several items from this company including several table legs. We noticed a fracture on one of the legs cracking at the bracket where it would attach to a table from use sitting on a bench over time. When I reached out to the company to ask if they could repair the leg due a manufacturers defect, they said the damage must have been our fault and they would repair the leg for a fee and that we would have to pay the shipping. Given how expensive the legs were to begin with ($500/leg), I would not recommend buying plexi
