We bought an amazing sleeper sofa and expandable console table that we love. The true rest of a company, though, is how they respond when there is a problem - because problems happen. That is where Milano really shines. They are responsive, fast and completely true to their word. I can not recommend them enough.

Awesome experience. Purchased a couch and a mattress about 6 months ago. From the sales experience to delivery - professional, honest and just a great experience. I still can't believe I got a custom couch for what I paid. The delivery guys were just so awesome and the level of service is unmatched. I hope these guys don't ever change - in a few years I will need more furniture and I need them to be just as good as before!

Extremely Rude guys working at this place!!
I drove 65 miles from NJ to furnish my entire New house wish i recently purchased.
Walk in the show Room and received an urgent call from work wish took 10 minutes to help my staff trouble shoot something over the phone..
The sales man walked in to me interpreting the phone call and simply said how can I help you with an extreme rudeness!!! Felt unwelcomed here !! while I was going to spend over 40K.
Yes I loved the furniture but if the staff in floor aren't friendly to earn my business what's the point of giving it to some one who doesn't really
