We have over 40 years providing renovation services of residential and commercial properties for customers in Rochester, NY. Our humble beginnings started with me James L Kendrick as a general contractor, doing small remodeling jobs, in 1977. Back then there wasn't any Internet to make new contacts, it was all word of mouth so it took a lot longer to grow a business.
I was told a few years ago by another investor that I needed to put down my tool belt and find great people that I could trust to get my projects done. I listened and went on the hunt. I didn't have to look far before I met Jim and Josh Kendrick. After discussing our mutual passion for Real Estate, I contracted Jim and Josh to complete a kitchen and floor remodel for a house I was looking to sell quickly.
