We purchased a newly built home that Berlin Heating and Cooling had installed the HVAC system in. Our house wasn't heating properly, so we called the emergency line since it's 20 degrees outside. Clay answered my voicemail within three minutes of calling and drove two hours to troubleshoot and fix our issue. Prompt, professional service and explained what the issue was and had it repaired within the hour. I would highly recommend their services!

I can't say enough good things about Berlin Heating & Cooling. We had an estimate made last year for central air and decided to wait a year. I called early this summer to schedule and they were able to pull up my paperwork from last year and get me scheduled in within a few weeks and our air has been wonderful.
