Asked for furnace estimates, came out promptly and checked it out but after repeated attempts to get the actual estimates in writing or Email, I still haven't received them 10 days later. Guess they didn't need the business. I'll be getting my new furnace and air conditioner from Festi heating and cooling.

Maintenance personnel were professional and polite. Also extremely knowledgeable. They explained what they felt might need repaired in the future. I was very satisfied with the process. It’s nice to have a local company close by if needed.

AC would not turn on. Hannah was here on a Saturday afternoon and was relentless on finding the problem. A low voltage fuse had blown and she replaced it. At that point she could have closed up the unit and left, but wasn't comfortable with some readings she was getting. She felt that the fuse would just blow again.
She found a short in a wire that was going to the outside unit and replaced it. She is very professional and calm when dealing with an upset customer (me) because we had to cut holes in finished drywall to correct the faulty wiring issue. She then went through several checks to insure

Our AC went out in the evening. I called the 24 hour number and requested to not have them come out as an emergency to avoid the after hours fees. They had us scheduled within 12 hours and had the tech out the next business day! The tech repaired our unit within 30 minutes and was very knowledgeable.
