Simpson Heating and Air was our lifesaver! After we were without heat for 5 days while waiting for Federal Heating and Cooling to troubleshoot and order parts for our Geothermal system, Simpson came to our rescue and had our Geothermal back up and running in an hour with no new parts needed. John and Josh were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything they were doing during the repair.

I was very happy with Simpsons response when our furnace quit working. While frustrating, I didn’t hold anything against them when the supply chain failed. When they finally received the part from Lenox almost a month later they promptly installed it. My house is now warm!

The owner is generous, kind, and professional. My experience from the beginning was good. Everything went well, arrival time appropriate after phone call to me from tech as to arrival time. Service tech replaced a bad capacitor & installed a new furnace filter. Tech explained everything she did to me thoroughly. No complaints on my part. Service tech very personable & friendly. Job well done. Service tech a credit to your business!

We just had a new HVAC system installed before moving into a house we just purchased. Dave was quick to come out and evaluate our needs. We received a proposal timely and moved forward with project. The project was completed timely and we received excellent service from start to finish. The install crew were highly qualified, very skilled and professional. Great people to work with.
