We offer plans to fit your needs. Our most popular maintenance package is our Spring & Summer Plan. On new equipment, we offer extended warranties which include a maintenance plan as a requirement to validate the warranty. Preventative Maintenance is the best way to assure that you get the most out of your heating and cooling systems, extend their life, and ensure that they runs at their peak efficiency at all times.
Jan and Theresa were always available and helpful by phone, and they had the warranty paperwork completed and filed when I stopped to pay for the work. We had used Kelly's to install two new furnaces on a new home we had built and on another home we own, and we were pleased with their workmanship and integrity both then and now!

We previously had fuel oil and were switching natural gas and needed a total install. They got someone out fast to quote and out of 4 local companies they were cheaper by 25% and they also seemed most knowledgeable about fuel oil. They were able to get us on schedule at least a month earlier than the other companies. Was easy to communicate and we now have heat just in time for winter. Kelley's is great and worth giving them a chance. With a different company I had a very bad experience. My go to heating and cooling guys have been great as well, but David at Kelley's was fast at coming to the house to give me quote. The price was great and I thought I would give them a chance. I was not disappointed. Them came out just like planned and finished the job right on time, like planned, no surprises. The install guys did great. They worked fast cleaned as they went along. They took care to keep the carpet clean and not track in mud (which was not easy given the rain we had). While
