Ryan and Josh did a great job moving a few items for me. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and careful with my furniture. They lost my 2 wheel cart. Packers were thorough. Unpackers had boxes upside down, were in a big hurry to get done. They don't answer the phone calls to main office. My items went from Tennessee and was suppose to go to new mexico instead it ended up in New Jersey first. Price doubled and they charged 500.oo for packing supplies. Will never use them again.

Negatives: we were quoted 6-9 hours and 2 truckloads. I even asked the estimator if he thought that was accurate and he said that would be easy. It wound up taking 15 hours and 3 full truck loads. We called it a night even though the job was incomplete. One of their supervisors straight up told us that this happens more than they care to admit, so they are either poor estimators or doing it on purpose to win the business. We had to have our handy man take down several pieces of furniture for us because

Uche, Hatab, Sam helped make my move to our new house quick and efficient. It was less stressful moving thanks to their help. However, I was surprised they didn’t ask me if I wanted them to make a second round to pick up a few remaining items at the old house and instead left me to do it myself. I also overheard one of the movers outside saying he was glad that they didn’t have to go back. I was aware before the move that not everything may fit in the truck for one trip and was willing to pay an extra $180 for a second trip (assuming it would take an extra hour), but I didn’t see any initiative

This is the best moving company that I’ve ever used! We had to change loading date and our start time and they were very accommodating, and always very responsive. On moving day, the guys were punctual, respectful and worked hard all day to efficiently pack the trucks and then unload each box to the designated area written on each box. They also dissembled our beds at the old house and put them back together at the new house. Although I hope to not need a moving company again for a very long time, I will definitely call Falcon Moving, when the time

Sam and Austin did an amazing job helping us move from our rental home in Atlanta and into a home we purchased in Athens. Despite the size of the job, the fact that they worked through lunch without eating, the bad weather (they briefly got rained on), and the distance of the move (about an hour and a half drive), they remained professional and friendly the entire 6 or so hours that we worked with them. We highly recommend. Thank you guys!

This business claims to be the number one rated moving company in Atlanta and I cannot fathom how! They sent 20-something children to move us. One teenager and the others under 24. The broke a table and several glass things in boxes marked fragile which they stacked larger boxes on. They set furniture down and then scooted them across the floor, scratching our hardwoods. Frequently I had to run out and stop them from moving things incorrectly, for example leaning the front of an antique dresser against the dolly without a pad. DO NOT USE FALCONS MOVERS FOR BIG MOVES! We moved a 7K sf house in mid-December and it ended up not being a good experience. They failed to protect all of our furniture when moving it and multiple pieces were damaged. The movers unloaded the trucks way to quickly (they had to get to the Atlanta Movers Christmas party) and were not mindful of how they were handling the furniture and putting it back together.

Falcon Moving not only bailed me out- facilitating a quick move (my last minute decisions often get me in trouble :) , but they also went above and beyond during my move. I cannot say enough great things about Carlos, Hudson, and Joaquin. They wore masks, were extremely polite, and highly efficient.

Victor and Michael H were on the money . They moved me in record time. Very professional and organized. Really cordial and respectful. Very careful with my furniture and inside surroundings. Highly recommend Falcon Moving. We had an in state move, 2 trucks and 4 men, Noah, Malik, Brian, and Chino. All 4 guys worked hard and efficiently all day. We didn't have anything broken and no scuffs or scratches on the walls. They were very careful with all of our furniture and the boxes. The whole crew had a friendly positive attitude and it was a pleasure working with them.

Zac and Charlie did a fantastic job! They were polite, respectful, showed up early and helped us unload a 26 foot truck. They communicated with us to confirm the move date and time and even called me that morning to let me know when they would be arriving which is very helpful! I used Falcon Moving to move from my loft to my house in May. Moving is a no fun kind of deal regardless, but Malik and Jake from Falcon moved us, and they were so very pleasant to be around! Very professional and respectful young men. These young men are going places. I hope Falcon recognizes the talent they have in these two. It was a terrible service. We had one of our family members call the service for us and then when they came everything was good. Until one of my family members was drinking water and accidentally coughed from the water. The person moving our stuff suddenly left and took our stuff out and left without saying anything. Later calling saying we all had COVID-19. I understand during this time it is very complicated but it was racist for them to judge us like that just because we are asian. I didn't really feel respected in this type of situation

This company is amazing! We used them for our move a few weeks ago. The move was a headache due to several different issues caused by the buildings staff and horrible horrible weather. FULTON AND HIS GUYS ARE SAINTS! They stayed with us and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed to move moved. Rain and difficult situations did not stop them from completing their job!! The move took double the time it should have and they did not leave us hanging. I felt so bad they worked so hard that day and they were so understanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move.

I could not be more happy about my latest move. The guys came over, we're prompt, nice had all of the right attitude. I especially appreciated that they were so efficient that we ended early, and then opted to help me to continue to help me pack additional items all for the originally quoted price!
Great group, great price! I would highly recommend to anyone. I especially appreciated the level of creativity employed when trying to get my couch into my buildings oddly shaped elevator.

Overall a good experience - however, communication needs some work. Packers were expected at my place at 10am and by 10:20 I hadn't heard anything from them. Please notify your customers when you're running late BEFORE you're late, we are all busy. Also, labeling of boxes needs to be more specific regarding the contents. Moving day went well besides one person calling in sick. A few hiccups, but would still recommend for price & efficiency. Thanks

They exceeded expectations with professionalism. Overall very satisfied with the experience. We moved out of an apartment on the 4th floor with no elevator, and Nate and Mike did it with ease and efficiency. Super nice guys.
