Red Rover is Fetchable Storage. You book your container at one of our convenient locations and pick it up on your schedule. You don't need a truck. We let you use one of ours. We also provide free fuel, free roadside assistance and free state of the art driver's aides such as backup cameras. Use our truck for the day (8 am-midnight) and return it to one of our locations when you're ready.

I utilized Red Rover services yesterday. They were fantastic from start to finish! I would recommend them for several reasons: (1) The self service process was easy and seamless (2) The concierge service to include Tom, Beth and Brandon were so kind, patient and willing to work with me to ensure that I was able to navigate moving out of my townhome… and meet the financial requirements of closing on my home the following day (today)! Update from my previous comment. Red Rover Moving and Storage. I am so happy with this company. Moved me from West Islip NY to FL. Stored the containers at their facility in Tampa. Much cheaper than PODS. Today, I had two containers delivered. On time. Nothing broken. Nothing shifted. After three months, I was worried about mildew. Zero. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend Red Rover. The customer service is off the charts! This company is definitely a winner.

We have nothing so far but good to describe the experience with Red Rover . very professional clean and know there stuff . from top shelf equipment to the great stuff who seem happy to be there . what surprises me the most is the have real humans that answer the phone. not a computer that has prearranged massage but human being that know what they are talking about who again seem happy to help not miserable. Red Rover Moving and Storage is a company that is second to none and provides exceptional service. The concept of a combination truck rental and pod storage all in one equipment piece is genius. It speaks to the need of creating ease during a stressful task like moving. If you need short term storage is more cost effective then renting a storage truck that you would pay mileage and gas for.

Just got done using Red Rover today. Had my things stored for 2 weeks. Pick up and drop off of the storage pods/trucks was a breeze, great communication with Tom and everyone else, excellent customer service, zero issues AND a great and fair price!!! Really impressed with not only the concept, but also the execution. Red Rover provided me a significant amount of savings when compared to their competitors in the “portable” storage industry. Additionally, I found the experience to be extremely pleasant. The vehicles are clean, comfortable and have a lot of great features. The customer service was also excellent. Will definitely use again should future storage needs arise.

I work next door while their garage door was being installed they negligently left handfuls of screws and nails littering the parking lot which in turn ruined my tires they have agreed to pay for the tire . It three months later still no money. Nails and screws match that of the screws that where retrieved by red rover employees.
