Two other moving companies flaked on me and I booked Melendez just a few days before my April Saturday move and they fit me in. The team was kind, professional, and helped me solve some issues that came up along the way. If you want a solid company that will do everything for you and allow you to sit back with no anxiety, hire Melendez. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Happy to recommend these guys! Kevin was easy to work with for scheduling and his crew was the best. Travis, Joe, John & Omari were on time, polite, super fast (done 30 minutes before the lower end of our estimate), cautious and efficient. Our last move was a nightmare, I'll never use anyone other than Melendez again.

Melendez movers were amazing movers!I utilized them twice n a recent move. That was twice within a few days! They were very accommodating, professional, and very expedient! They protected my furniture and other fragile items. I particularly want to give a commendation and great compliment and recommendation to "The Terminator". He and his partner were absolutely amazing and made my move so much less stressful. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone of my friend, family, and anyone reading this review!

I scheduled a move om Tuesday, August 20th for 8:00 am with Melendez Moving based on the reviews that I read. I was moving from a 4th floor walk-up on Chicago's southside in Bronzeville to a 2nd floor walk-up in Oak Park, IL. 8:00 a.m. came and went. At 8:15 I called to find out when the movers would arrive. No one answered so I left a voice mail. 8:30 a.m. came and I called again. Just as I was calling, the movers called stating they would arrive at 9:00 a.m. When they arrived and I asked what happened, I was told they were not given an arrival

We hired Melendez Moving for a customer-facing business-to-business project.
It involved organizing pallets of boxes full of materials at various locations to be unloaded, organized, sorted, and counted within a few hours, all within view of my client.
Kevin and his team responded quickly and professionally. His team wore company shirts for a uniform appearance which was key in front of my business clients. They were respectful and polite to my clients and me. Most importantly they spent their time doing the work.
I would hire Kevin and his team for similar projects any day of the week.

Amazing experience. Moving can be so stressful. I needed to move my apartment to storage and MM was so fast it was effortless. I had some annoying stairs (two flights) and a few pretty big items. The two gentlemen (Dylan & Darren) wrapped everything for me so it stays nice in storage and they were able to finish in just about two hours, an hour less than we though! Both guys were easy to work with and were both super professional. I was referred by a friend and will be referring everyone I know. See you guys again in August! Thank you!!

I had a last minute request to be moved by month end. Kevin was able to find a time slot for me as I expressed I needed to be out of my place by the last day of this month. Kevin and his crew were professional and friendly. They were able to move me in and out rather quickly to my surprise. None of my belongings were damaged nor dirty as Kevin gently wrapped all my furniture and the men were careful when picking up my boxes. I am very happy with the company and plan to use them going forward in the future.

So, I'm writing this review 4 months after my experience with this moving company. I'm a teacher and moved at the beginning of September. Writing this review has been on my to-do list since then. Today, while going through some paperwork, I stumbled across the receipt, and decided that today was the day.
