I hired prodigy when I bought my home. Mainly because they were the first responder. I had rodents in my attic where the house had been vacant. I paid to have holes patched in attic ,traps inside and out to catch the tree rats. I requested pictures of what was done for $650 ,no pictures were taken of the attic work supposedly completed. the traps used were glue and about half the size of the rodents finally . They changed trap sz and style 4 times ..I still have activity in my attic. I paid $150 11/3 for the house extermination for bugs and spiders. I was told they would clear any spider webs

We just moved into a new home in a neighborhood with extensive building going on! We realized there were MICE in our pantry, DISGUSTING! We already use Prodigy for our pest control, they are the BEST we have ever used for regular pest issues. They do a thorough job and are awesome to deal with! We had signed up with Prodigy Pest several months ago. The last service was December 6. The week of
January 16th we started to notice some little round beetle bugs in the kitchen. Mostly at night.
We called the company and they sent Jennifer the next morning. She could not have been nicer!
Jennifer was so thorough! She did all kinds of stuff to the kitchen and explained everything as she worked.
Then…she noticed some spider webs on the ceiling of our lanai. Went to her vehicle, got a big brush and did the whole ceiling!

This morning I had a technician come to my house for a follow up of some minor pest issues. The Tech, Wyatt, was incredible. Started our introduction with a pleasant and very informative discussion about Prodigy services with Chad. We had been with another company that charged us for add on services in an a la carte format. Prodigy incorporates a broad range of coverage in its package and Chad explained clearly why they take this approach. Overall cost was a wash. Base cost was more than our previous service, but when you add in the additional charges for fire ants, spiders, etc. it all worked out with Prodigy. I've had other companies try and help me out in the past but Prodigy Pest Solutions helped out the most. They have the safest products when it comes to the environment, pets and kids. Their receptionist Peyton was SUPER responsive, professional and respectful. Their technician Matt always does great work on my home. He is very knowledgeable and empathic to my concerns. Excellent company/technicians! I highly recommend Prodigy Pest Solutions because they sent an actual Entomologist for the free consultation the next day. Shaun was not only very knowledgeable, he was kind and courteous and answered every question I had. They also quoted us the best price for the same treatment plan as other companies recommended.

Highly professional team with excellent communication skills from scheduling the initial appointment to the services I've received. Matt explained all the details of my first service and answered my questions promptly with a knowledgeable answer. He consistently does a thorough job around the perimeter of my home, and sprays the inside of home as well (while wearing shoe covers and a mask). Prodigy Pest is an excellent pest control service. One of my biggest fears in this life is spiders, and they spray my new home with a special spidercide to ease my worries. Their website is clean and user-friendly and lets you see your next service in advance. Whenever I call, the representative on the other end is polite and professional.

I have been using Prodigy Pest Solutions for about 2 years. Chad explained the entire process and his services and signed us up. The team has been friendly and does a great job and our pests are virtually non-existent. They are responsive when there are issues and contact your back within a few minutes.

Very personable and although COVID-19 has made life difficult for small companies, I am always willing to support them assuming the price and quality is top notch.
