TLDR: See pictures!! I am having to hire another fence company to fix this "fence".
I had used Ram fencing in the past, so I was excited to have them on the job again. This time, however, was a disaster requiring me to hire another company to fix the fence that Ram installed.
The install on 9/15 left a fence that was wavy across the top to the point of being meme-worthy. While they did have to install around a tree, the sections on either side were not even on the same plane. In addition, they started on the wrong end (instead of where an 8-foot section already existed from a neighbor's installation

Excellent team! Jeff was our Project Manager and did an amazing job along with his team! We couldn't be happier and will have the remaining fence completed by Ram Fencing! Communication was super easy with RAM Fencing! I reached out on Yelp and was quickly emailing with MaryLou, one of the owners. She sent over project manager Jeff to write up a quote for us. The quote was fair and two weeks later, Jeff and his team came out to do the project! It took two days. Everyone on the team was professional and produced high quality work! We are super happy with our new fence. I'd highly recommend RAM Fencing to anyone.

We had a nice black metal handrail installed on both sides of our new pool. I called multiple companies & Ram fencing was courteous, prompt, and more affordable. Matt came out and gave us a quote - he was helpful and detailed in his questions and explaining of the install.
I was emailed a quote a few days later and work was immediately scheduled the following week. Despite the rain the day before, they kept their promise and came out, completed the work all within a couple of hours. Matt was also able to do a few small things we needed on our gates - thank you!

Firstly, Richard and Mary Lou are both the kind of genuine, down to earth, morally straight people you wish were your next door neighbors. After a wind storm blew through and knocked down my fence, I researched a few fence companies and called RAM Fencing. Mary Lou came to my home the same day and gave me a fair estimate ($27 per foot). Despite… being swamped with other requests she was able to get me scheduled for a new fence in 5 days. Richard arrived on time and stayed most of the day to supervise and assist his crew in putting up a new fence. I'm very pleased with the quick response

SUPER happy with their work! I had them out to do my front yard fence a few months ago and since it looks so amazing I had them back to do the backyard (side and back) fence. They had to remove the old backyard fence with all these cement towers and build a new (taller) one from scratch with a custom french door (where one stays static and the other is used, but both can open if needed). The backyard fence definitely made my yard quieter by reducing road noise, darker by reducing street light pollution, and will reduce the temperature in the summer so that my plants don't die. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, the nails are all crooked and sticking out. They left all the dirt, and old concrete from the post holes they dug. Most of the dirt is all piled up along the bottom of the pickets so the pickets can rot from having wet dirt sitting up against it. Everything they used; the garden hose and chairs on the back porch, they did not put them back where they found them and left trash in the grass. It is impossible to mow the backyard in the condition that they left it.

Would absolutely recommend! We got several quotes from area companies to replace the back and side fences of our backyard which were deteriorating beyond repair. Marylou (the owner) was quick to come quote, very friendly, and upfront on costs and specifics. Her crew was hardworking, and efficient- making this a one day job start to finish; including the installation of two gates (not pictured)

We had a fence panel that partially blew off during a storm because the previous home owners were hacks! Called Ram and they were able to come out that day to look at the fence repair and give us a quote. They were very reasonable! They showed up 2 days later and fixed it! The work is top notch! They're now our go to for fence repairs!

I've had Ram Fencing out to my home twice and I will be calling them for all our future fencing needs. Marylou is amazing and responds quickly to questions and requests for quotes. She's been understanding of our budget considerations and has been more than happy to work with us in stages. I had another fence company out who quoted us 10x's what Ram Fencing quoted. The other guy insisted they couldn't repair a portion of the fence we share with a neighbor because it was so bad. The other guy said it needed to be torn down and new one put in place. The quote process was really straight forward with Richard (the owner). I worked with him on describing exactly what I wanted, what I could afford, and how to merge it with the neighbor's fence. He was extremely flexible in terms of doing what I wanted as well as timing the installation.
When the time came to install the fence, Mary Lou (Richard's wife) came out with two other workers (Juan and another guy) and two trailers worth of stuff to get the job done quickly. They showed up exactly at the 9am start time and finished in 3 hours. They used quick setting cement for the steel

RAM put in a whole new fence in and put up 5 new posts on an existing fence for us today. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are professional, helpful, conscientious and kind. And their craftsmanship is impeccable. Will work with them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone--even to my 102 year old grandmother in California--and that woman is picky ; )

Learn from my mistakes. I am so frustrated and disappointed that I feel i need to warn others before they go down this road. There is something to say about "getting what you paid for". If I had to do it again, i would use one of the big names like Viking and save myself the hassle. I am going to keep my review short and let the pictures speak for themselves. Basically the owners seem like nice people, they just use a crew that is unreliable and don't have the time or effort themselves to inspect the work properly.
