Absolutely awesome service from start to finish. Shawn was prompt in all of his responses and providing a very competitive estimate. (Huge thumbs up for his Veterans discount!). On be day of cleaning he was prompt, explained his detailed cleaning process, and was super pleasant to chat with! He finished ahead of schedule and our sofas and carpet look outstanding! Shawn is a great find and definitely our go-to guy for carpet cleaning. Give him a call, you won't be disappointed

Floors look brand new! Carpets were spot free (was even able to remove a sharpie stain from my son's carpet) and fluffy and tile and grout looked amazing. Shawn, the owner/operator is extremely professional and it is apparent that he takes pride in the work he does. He is also careful to make sure your home is completely protected while he is working- after hiring others who do not take such precautions I can say that I completely appreciate this! I highly recommend Precision Steam & Clean!
