Over a year ago Innovative Piering (one of Michea McRae companies) gave me a proposal to repair my dock on the Ohio River. They had to shut down suddenly last fall for some reason and never got back to me. I have been trying to communicate with them all year and 2 months ago was told they would be on the job within 2 weeks. I finally talked yesterday with Mr. McRae who flat out told me they were not honoring any work previously quoted and were going out of business working on the river. It would have been courteous if they would have let customers know they weren't planning on doing any work for
