Jeff Smith and his team are super helpful and skilled at what they do. They went above and beyond to do an amazing job with a full attic renovation (insulation, all new plumbing, and electrical, etc) at my parent's house.
We loved them so much, we wanted to use them for our smaller kitchen re-do project. They were very forthright in replying to us quickly, saying that our specific goals were not their specialty, then directing us toward who would be a better fit for our smaller project.
We love the folks at Redsmith and highly recommend them.

[2020 Update]
We're 2 years in now and we're still unbelievably happy with this kitchen. There was one cabinet door that had a screw come loose and they sent guys out to replace _all_ of the screws!

These folks are simply the best. They built our garage 10 years ago and just finished a major kitchen remodel.
They were so helpful during the design phase of the kitchen. They made sure we got all of the features we wanted while helping avoid potential design flaws we hadn't thought about.
The construction phase was also fantastic. They were ahead of schedule the entire time
