Journey Auto Sales has a personable and helpful sales team. My wife and I had traveled from Maryland to Charlotte when our car was sidelined with serious issues with about $3,600 needed in repairs. I googled… for used car dealers and checked the inventories. I saw a car of interest and went there, to Journey Auto Sales. My wife and I saw and liked a 2012 Honda Pilot… and bought it! My review is overdue, but thats probably better for them since it has been nearly a year and I am still just as happy as the day i drive off the lot. I was looking for a specific make/model, saw one i liked online at a decent price and Journey Auto sales was the dealer. I purchased a car from Journey three months ago. I had some issues with promised delivery, but they came through and made it happen. However, I took the car to a mechanic yesterday because the car had an oil leak. One can expect a small leak on a high mileage car. But it went through a quart of oil in less than 2 months. Unfortunately this oil leak fix is $800.00 After taking to several mechanics, it's obvious the car needed a gasket repair when I purchased the car. I purchased a warranty from Journey, it doesn't cover any gasket repairs.... normally I would have a used car

We found Journey Auto Sales several years ago by word of mouth. We got our son a car there a few weeks later. Then our daughter. When Scott sent the final receipt and the title to my son and daughter, he enclosed a handwritten note thanking them for their business. I thought that was a nice touch. We purchased a car at Journey Auto Sales last weekend. They had several to choose from in our price range and the guys were friendly and knowledgeable- not at all pushy. We went to several lots to view cars we had researched but no other vehicle or lot compared. We came back later in the day to purchase the car and they had us in and out with ease! I got a car from them and paid all I had in a down payment, the very next day, the gasket blew out and it was a huge issue. Though they were not legally responsible to do anything about it, the owner of Journey helped me with transportation that day & had his mechanic work on it, He then paid 90% of what it cost to repair.
