Got a good deal on a new Hyundai hybrid. Sales staff awesome.
However, serviced my new car there twice. They left my windshield wiper fluid empty. Went back for my second servicing and I asked the staff to refill my windshield wiper fluid because it happened to be low again. They left it empty again. On top of that they charged me full price to install a Hyundai accessory that they didn't have when i bought the car. They didnt order the part, then they didn't call me when it arrived.. TWICE! So I paid for the accessory which is fine but i was lead to believe installation would be free during the

I've had the pleasure of having my vehicle serviced at Windward Hyundai for years. I can't say the same about my most recent experiences though.
In years past one could schedule an appointment for servicing. Now it's a matter of bringing your car to the service department without any idea what time you might have the car returned. Fortunately I was able to be there 30 minutes before the service department was open for business and only waited about an hour before I could get on with my day. Word of caution - calling to speak with a service advisor might take some time.

Our sales person was awesome. She explained and answered the questions I had, listened to what I had to say about the type of car I was looking for and pointed out only those that met my request and was personable throughout the whole experience.
This is my second vehicle from this dealership and I’ve already talked with my son about making his purchase here because of all that they do.

This is the worst Hyundai dealership I have ever been to in my life. I bought my Hyundai back in June. I never got the registration. I called Hyundai and they told me that this dealership sent the title and registration to Carmax. This is absurd. I call the title clerk and they told me they have no idea what happened to the title and registration. It's now the end of Sept. and almost October. Still no registration, no follow-up, no phone calls. Nothing. They do not want to be liable for any issues. It has been a huge mess. I do not recommend coming here. Go to Tony Hyundai or anywhere else

Brought my Azera in for service and Jeanine was super helpful and friendly! She gave us constant updates on my car and she even gave us a discount because we had to wait for so long! She is an awesome service tech and I wish more people were like her! She deserves to be the Manager! I love Windward Hyundai!!!!

They say they reward their loyal customers but when my Hyundai lease was up and I had come back to lease again, they brushed me off. First guy was clearly inexperienced (younger guy) then I guess his "manager" came to "close" the deal but this guy was worse! Completely brushed us off and made like he was doing us a favor. I bought my Hyundai Elantra in 2012 n drive from town to have my car serviced everytime. I appreciate the professional n knowledgeable service people. I like the express lane that doesn't need an appointment for oil changes (I call in to check the wait before I drive over). I don't feel like the service dept is hustling me for unneeded work on my car (sometimes the repair is more expensive than other places but it's always something that needs to be taken care of). Showed up yesterday with questions and was warmly greeted and assisted by various staff members. Returned today and so far so good. Giving 4 stars because I'm still here and not sure if my entire experience will be a total 5 stars yet lol. My scheduled appointment is for a safety inspection on 2/12/21. So far been here for an hour. Had a license plate and trunk bulb replaced for approximately $16.50.

Considering I didn't buy my car there, I was blown away by the Aloha shown to me by the service department here. Went the extra mile to make sure my extended warranty purchased on the mainland was still good here, everything was paid for and taken care of. Rental car went smoothly. Very friendly service and great communication. Even chatted with some of the sales team about a new car, they just seemed down to earth and not pushy. Its so obvious they are trying to serve their customers which is very rare in the car business. I will return when I'm ready. Thank you Windward Hyundai. 4 stars

Bought a 2020 Hyundai Sonata from Windward Hyundai and it was a good experience without a lot of that nasty car buying experience that makes me dread a visit to one of these dealerships.
Dealt with salesman Jay Lee who was a really nice guy and the sales team he used to close the deal were professional, friendly and organized.
When I took the car home, I discovered a problem of a defective driver's frontside mirror and discolored chrome molding in which they promptly said to bring it in to get it detailed further. The chrome molding cleaned up beautifully but the mirror was found to be defective

Scheduled an appointment for 6/15 for oil service and tires. appt was 9am they still haven't started the work as the tires they said they had for me when i scheduled the appointment is now gone?! what was the point of a scheduled appointment?

Do not buy from here. They are not gonna help you if you have a problem with your vehicle even buy from here. I have several problems with mine in just 9 months and could not get a BETTER service at all. No email replying? It's normal. Do not expect. When I complain over the phone, just said "come and talk" then what !?!? Nothing! Just waisting my time and gas... Bad customer service I ever had. You guys supposed to be good to the customer. No need better service. Do a normal service.

I'll say the people who works there especially the salesman are the worse. I know you guys gotta hustle but you guys don't lie about the services and benefits that don't exist. For example, they said every time you come to Hyundai you'll get a free car wash but it wasn't free. Every time I bring my car to services they say everything is good but there's always a problem after. But to sum up everything I'm saying, find yourself a better place to get a car.

Bought a car, the selling point was the salesman said free oil changes and tires for life. I kept asking for paperwork or clarification on this, yet he would not. Kept saying there wasn't anything special I needed to do. Turns out that was a bald face lie, not even a half truth.
Also was told there was a certified warranty on my car and I would get the papers in the mail. Still nothing. And when I call the dealership they have no idea what I'm talking about.
Clearly this was my fault for not getting this stuff in writing

Paid off loan for my GT. CHASE BANK sends me a letter to call Windward Hyundai to get refund on the GAP program that I purchased when I bought the car (795.00). I called the finance manager and left 3 messages to call back 7/13/18, 7/27/18 and 7/19/18. No call backs. I have purchased 2 cars from their. I have always given 5 stars for service.....not anymore after this.

Came here last July for a test drive the Ioniq on the promise of a $40 Amazon gift card. The car was nice and I was really interested in a hybrid, but due to my financial situation, couldn't afford a car payment bigger than the one I currently had.
