Beware anyone viewing this review they took my money and wouldn't return it because I found out that the house is 1.4 miles from a landfill.They didn't disclosure this to me.One day I smelled this horrible smell and asked where it was coming from and that is when I found out.I will file a complaint and pursue getting my money back in any way I can.I wish to update my review.It is only right that I correct, the response of this builder.They did refund my money and released me too move on.I thank God that they had the integrity and professional fortitude to do what they did.
