The boyfriend and I just got a new apartment recently and we literally couldn't find anyone to help us move. It was sort of a short notice and we just have tons of freaking furniture. These guys are dope! Super chill people, reliable and punctual. I thought it was going to be a breeze help my buddy move his furniture. Rent a u-haul truck and move things around, simple right? Nah, Too much to carry and not enough time. So, I ended up finding these guys and hit 'em up. I got a very convincing quote and went from there. Best part is that they were reliable and were delicate with the furniture. Nothing was damaged in the process. I highly recommend these guys

Usually wary of trusting people with my stuff but we needed large amount of furniture moved in a short period of time and my friend recommended me Down the Street Movers. It went smoother than expected and the men who helped us move our stuff were very friendly and relaxed and efficient. I moved back into my parent's house last week and a friend recommended Down the Street Movers. I normally use my car when I'm moving my stuff, but I had to go from La Jolla to Paradise Hills. Didn't feel like making multiple trips back and forth especially with the rain.

Solid moving company. I was referred to them by a friend. If you're an SDSU or UCSD student like myself, I would definitely consider them. Super professional, courteous people who respond fast too. I moved from my apartment in North Park back home to Orange County and they were able to help me out within the 4-5 hour time frame we had (even with the drive time).
I had a couple items that needed to be wrapped up, and the items I didn't have time to pack were packed up for me in the crates/boxes they provided. Thank god for that! The unloading process was smooth too. Thanks guys.

Ahhh moving can be such a stressful time, but not with this company!
They did a phenomenal job moving us a few days ago! We got quick responses, and they were able to squeeze us in last minute!
They go everything packed up and ready to go within just a couple of hours, using special crates to protect our fragile items!
The price was amazing for the distance that we moved, and I will be using them again next time my gypsy soul is ready for another adventure!

Moving is such a drag...I helped my cousin move a week ago and she has had such bad experiences moving. But the people at "Down the street movers" were SO accommodating and understanding, it really took the stress off her.
I came helped my cousin with bringing in boxes and her more larger stuff because she can't really lift things that are too heavy. But the movers were kind enough to take everything off our hands and do it all for us. They even took the time out to ask us where we wanted everything placed and if anything needed adjusting afterwards.

I was down in SD helping one of my friends move in this past weekend and she was serviced by this awesome team from "Down the Street Movers" and they did an amazing job! I was so surprised.

I was down at La Jolla this past weekend to help a friend move to his new apartment. It was incredible how Down the Street Movers were prompt and treated the furniture and valuables being transferred with the utmost care. From my previous experience with movers, they just want to get their job over with, but Down the Street Movers went the extra mile in their service. I was anticipating to do some work on my end during the move. With the awesome service that was provided, I just stood and watched during the process; my buddy didn't even need me there after all. They definitely made the move
