Is something we try to share with everyone. There are so many choices, I feel sometimes it comes down to little things like being kind and just letting the customer know that I am grateful for their time and it would mean something to me to get their business. We understand that not everyone has the same schedule, so we are always willing to make arrangements outside of our posted business hours for our customers.

Worst experience of my life. If anybody has bad experience with this company report to BBB (Better Business Burrows) we need to put a stop to companies like this.. I was interested in a truck they had for sale. I talked to Mike about details on the vehicle I told him I was looking for a reliable vehicle to haul stuff to Oklahoma for my kids and family. He seemed like a really trustworthy guy we talked for an hour on the phone He reassured me the truck was reliable He talked to me about how to get my credit up he even helped me to get a loan and told me what to say to get a loan from Des Moines

Tried to buy a van from him off of facebook market. I wanted to choose a shop to check the car but he told me that I couldn’t choose. I don’t do well with people who “knows” the mechanic shop given i could be scammed. He then told me he didn’t want to drive around town and I said I could find one close to him 5 minutes or less and he thought it was so funny and dumb of me. Unprofessional and could be a scammer watch out people!

If your looking to buy a pre owned vehicle this is 100% the place to go.They have a lot of options in all prices ranges.The guys here are the most honest,funny,respectful, and helpful car people we have ever had the experience of working with.We bought our vehicle straight out BUT they also have financing options.Our experience was very fast and easy. I found the car I wanted on a Facebook marketplace listing and I sent a message to ask some questions and Mike responded quickly and provided me all the details I needed before I went in to make the purchase. Once I got there I was greeted kindly and took the car for a test drive. Mike was super knowledgeable and helpful as well as very open and honest each step of the way so I was beyond happy with my new car and the car buying experience. I am so grateful to Mike and the staff and I recommend them to anyone looking for a used car!

I went to buy a 1964 Nova from Mike. When I pulled up he went to a house behind the carlot, opened the garage--and there sat a 1963 Nova. He started it right up and couldn't get it in reverse--which apparently "is normal for these cars." Both the title and VIN clearly state the Nova was a 1963, but he again said it was normal for those cars to be put under the wrong year.
Luckily I had enough sense to cut my losses and walk away the better person. Mike, have you looked in the mirror lately

On 3/25 I saw a 1991 GMC Syclone with 31,000 miles on an eBay auction from this place, I called Mike H. and asked him if it would be okay to complete the $18000 transaction off line (deposit through PayPal) he said that would be fine. Purchased a car from out of state... Mike did a FaceTime (video) inspection for me so I could "see" the car without actually being there--this was extremely helpful and comforting!
Mike is a nice guy and not only answered/videoed any questions I had; but, I thought he did a really nice job providing me his personal observations so I knew exactly what I was buying. He even took me on a FaceTime test drive and shared with me what he was observing when driving the car...
...well, the car arrived and after physically seeing it for the first time, I can honestly say there are no surprises
