The words "we, " "us, " "our" and "ours" as used below refer to the dealer and to the Financial Institutions selected to receive your application. You authorize the dealer, as part of the credit underwriting process, to submit this application and any other application submitted in connection with the proposed transaction to the Financial Institutions disclosed to you by the dealer, for review.
We include rental car reimbursement on all plans with only 4 hours of required work for reimbursement. Had a great experience searching for a new used vehicle here. The staff went over the top to accommodate my needs from working with me on price and payments, to finding me a vehicle on one of their other lots ( the one I ended up buying btw), driving to get the vehicle, took it upon themselves to make some minor repairs they had noticed while driving the vehicle to their Merle Hay location so I could see it and drive it. The salesman I worked with, Andrew was awesome. The sales manager, Rich also was awesome. Everyone was very laid back and made the buying experience alot of fun with zero pressure

Alan was very patient and friendly. We had a pre-approved loan with our CU, so we did not need that assistance, but overall experience there getting a vehicle was very welcoming. He allowed us to take the vehicle to lunch while we waited for the CU to call back. Above what we were given anywhere else with a 10-20 minute drive and must be back. All the staff there were friendly and down to earth. Definitely would go back. Thanks Alan!

Buying your first car on payment is always nerve racking but their salesman Alan made it such a smooth and stress free experience. I have almost no credit history and they worked with me to get me a wonderful payment plan with only 4% interest! so so so happy with my new subaru :) the prices are super fair and they have some really nice cars for there being a car shortage at the moment! so extremely happy with my purchase! thank you!

Joe was great! We drove 3 hours to buy a Jeep for our son from Tom's Auto and was informed that a problem was discovered with the vehicle we were planning to purchase. Joe was honest and could have made the sale but wanted us to know all the facts. He helped us find another BETTER and SAFER vehicle and made us a great deal!
