I worked with Ross Jarzembowski on a recent purchase. I had been in contact with several sales consultants before I found the car I purchased from Ramsey. Ross was responsive, friendly, and very accommodating. I drove 5 hours to get to the dealership and I don't regret it a bit. I'll check out Ramsey again the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle.

It’s been almost two and a half months since I leased my vehicle and I still haven’t received my license plates. Was told I would receive them “soon” months ago. I was then told the title paperwork was only sent in last month, over two months since I got the car. They are extremely irresponsible, unprofessional, unorganized, and severely lack customer service skills. They pressure you into buying vehicles so they can get paid. Will not be returning and have told my friends and family to not do business here.

I'm the resident car expert for friends and family and recently brought a few friends to check out CX-5s at Ramsey Mazda. Most recently I was interrogated and questioned about by intent by my salesperson and was accused of wasting their time.
After speaking with the manager I was told that I was still welcome to come in, but they would not conduct business with me when helping with the sale for friends and family.
We've purchased a vehicle from the dealership before and have tried many other times as well.

Unfortunately have to agree with below review about receiving our new plates. It has been 6 weeks and haven’t received them. Have to send 2 emails to get a response back from sales manager and don’t get a response back from our salesman. You would think that when a new customer tells you their temp tag is going to expire that they would make this a priority. After two emails to get a response I was told they are waiting to hear back from accounting department. Since that email I have yet to hear anymore. When I get pulled over and get a ticket they can pay for it . Purchasing the vehicle was

Thank you Ramsey Mazda and Jeremy Medeiros for introducing me to the CX30. It is a gem! It is the perfect size for this retired nurse and soon to be grandma! This car was put to the test less than three hours after driving it off of the lot. We had to brake and swerve to avoid a stopped car in the passing lane of a highway. My husband was impressed with how it responded and handled in an emergent situation.

Bought my CX5 3 months ago and I really like the car. The only negative has been that the cargo carpet area got badly scratched by sliding a new suitcase (with no rough edges) across it. This should be considered normal wear for a cargo area. When I spoke to the sales manager he didn’t even come out to look at the damage and said there was nothing he could do for me. I ended up buying a $90 all weather cargo mat to cover the damage but was disappointed with the response from the manager.

Travis was such a pleasure to work with! Being a woman I HATE buying cars because I feel like the sales people are always so pushy. But this was honestly the best experience I've ever had. Travis wasn't pushy at all, his manager David was great and to the point. Nick the finance manager was so friendly and easy to work with also. Thank you guys SO much!!!
