Faris was great on the front end. Sales manger and financing not so much. Just discovered we were lied to about our credit inquiries. Was told only our credit union was checked, but we had a second credit pull. Hated being forced to pay $2k for gimmicky Permaplate, and suggested we pay $7k over sticker. Just ridiculous. The Iowa attorney general deserves a call. Will not buy from Lithia again.

Good work as far as I can tell and extremely nice people but it took forever to get service to answer the phone (5 calls). Clearly they are not staffed sufficiently as with so many businesses these days. Typical time once you finally get someone on the phone is 2 weeks. It seems like the goal is to shunt non-dealer repairs to independent shops. The system for answering voice mails needs to improve.

I’ve purchased many new vehicles and today was one of my favorite buying experiences. All the staff members were outgoing and friendly. The financing was stress free and quick. I made an offer and they agreed without going back and forth and my vehicle was one of the last 22’s available. They could have been more firm. It couldn’t have been more smooth. Nice work!

Really bad experience. Poor communication is probably the biggest issue I had at first. I would be told that someone would call me back, or let me know within a few hours regarding some inquiries I made. I would never get anything back, I would have to always call sometimes 5 or 6 hours after to get information. I get it sometimes you are busy, just a simple we will be late with info would be nice.
The worst experience we had was with one of the Finance people, I believe his name starts with a T? But he was very rude and disrespectful to me and my dad. You cannot tell me something is mandatory

Every time we have gone to Lithia Volkswagen for service we've been disappointed. From the time they left my windows down and it rained 3 inches of rain in my car and they didn't tell me about it until I found all of my wet items bagged in the trunk to this latest time when they had my car for 3 days to fix an issue and change the oil to find out they never did the oil change as indicated on the order form...no explanation from the Service Advisor just another shrug and sorry. I only go there for items that require Volkswagen attention and will be happy when the Volkswagen is sold so we never go

Terrible experience, was charged more than what was originally told ! 2 mths still yet to receive registration and tags ! driving around with expired tags ! was told they would fix the scratches that were on my car when bought it well it wasn't in writing so now they won't do it ! very poor communication won't answer or return phone calls, we're supposed to cancel extra stuff that was added on to my loan and that was over a month ago still not done ! had to drive 1.5 hrs to go sign for paperwork that should have been done when the vehicle was purchased not a month later! when left the dealership

Extrememly satisfied! They were very professional, informational, respectful and trustworthy. There was a light on the dash they not only fixed that but the service dept also noticed something leaking. Turned out to be the racket pinion in the steering wheel column in which they fixed, at their expense. It was not only an expensive part but the labor required was extensive as well.

It was a great experience. Kevin is awesome! The shuttle offering was amazing so I didn't have to sit in the dealership the entire time. The only reason they are getting a four star instead of five is because there was a vehicle ahead of mine that caused my start/end time for my appointment up not be what was quoted. Overall, great experience!
