Went to BMW for a diagnostic test with a running car. Brought the car home and it never started again. I replaced the battery with a new one since they told me it was old... battery is the same make of the one that came out and it still didn't start. I even bought a new starter from BMW 2yrs ago and it was working perfectly when I brought car in. So it cant be the starter. I can't even get the car into neutral where someone can tow it there. BMW, I brought you a working car and you returned to me a nonrunning car. You need to return my car to running condition!!! I have been calling you guys for

I’m on my 2nd lease with this dealer and I can’t deny I’m having a blast with my new 2022 X3. Calvin was very knowledgeable and professional. Him and the staff made sure I was happy. Go to this shop if you enjoy micromanaging your car repair. You will have to call daily to get them to remember to order your parts. They will order your parts several days after they agreed to order the parts then misplace the parts somewhere within their shop. This is my poor car. They won't finish it. They won't give it back to me. I would love to just have my car back. This is not a delay due to covid. This is a delay due to lack of professionalism or any consideration for the customer after the sale. I will never own another bmw as long as I live in Iowa. My next car

I typically dread car shopping but working with Ira Booker was actually a pleasure. I was impressed with him before we even met.... had to wait to see him for a few minutes because he was taking care of the needs of a owner who had an issue. The fact that he takes care of his past clients BEFORE a new sales opportunity speaks volumes about his customer service!
I did my research before I arrived so I was aware of the various discounts available so I know that he worked to get me the best deal possible, no games whatsoever. I see why there were numerous

I've been here several times and it's always been a pleasant experience.
Yesterday I called in asking for a "right now please, if possible" appointment for an oil and filter change, and they were kind enough to accommodate. I was extra excited when I remembered that they do a car wash at the end of service, so that you can leave with peace of mind and a level-up.
Kiera is a sweetheart and very helpful, and I covet her icy blonde hair so hard!

I generally don't rave about dealership's experience unless it's really pretty good and Bmw of Des Moines certainly has met that expectation for me. they've delivered repairs on my car that were not inexpensive, but they've always been fair and not over-billing and only fixed what needed to be fixed. And the repairs have been done correctly and I've never had to bring it back. The service manager does a great job and in general I enjoyed going in here even though it's usually somewhat painful to my wallet

We broke down while traveling through Iowa and had the car towed to BMW of Des Moines. It was a Saturday afternoon. The staff was extremely helpful and capable. We were seen right away. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired, and we were on our way within 2 hours.

I found a CPO BMW M5 from this dealership online. Since I reside out of state, everything was handled remotely including transportation of the M5 I purchased, and my trade.
My salesperson, Tyler, was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable , and very responsive.

I purchased a cpo X5 on the last day of October of this year, working with Kelly Osborn. I showed up in a T-shirt, jeans and a 2007 Ford Fusion. Kelly met me at the door and was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. I had signed up to drive a 535d online and Kelly had it running and heated up for me. When I took it for a drive, I thought for sure he'd want to go with me and do the hard sell. Instead, he said "go ahead and take it and bring it back whenever." I kept it for an hour or so and then said that I'd like it overnight. Again, the answer was "no problem

I would give them zero stars if it were an option. Leased a 3 series from them. When I went to lease it, the salesman was very good at schmoozing... Now at ONE MONTH before returning it they told me I was responsible for purchasing a new battery ($650 installed) and 4 new run flats ($1100 installed). What a scam! Now the next owners get some great new equipment at my expense. I'll never buy from this dealership again! As I still have 5 days left till I turn in the car, we'll see what else they'll find that I'll have to pay for upon the return.

Seriously, the customer service for sales department is terrible! They must not like to sell cars. I went in and it took 20 minutes to get a car, the guy went with me on the test drive and told me where to drive. Seriously! And then my hubby tried to test drive and he called ahead and it took 4 tries to get a hold of someone and when he arrives it still took 15 or 20 min to get a BMW. Sad part is I really wanted the X3 but now my hubby wants me to go back to the Volvo he was so frustrated with the BMW sales dept.

Called last Saturday about getting price of new x5. I looked at their website for salespeople who had been there for awhile . I buy a car every two years and I wanted to work with someone who was not a newbie and appreciated the potential value of a customer like me.
I didn't expect an exact quote but something close. I am in phoenix now and if quote was reasonable had planned on stopping by on my way to summer place in southern mn.
