WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
My parents are retired older folks in Florida who were taken advantage of. I could not believe that this company would feel no shame in charging them $1286 to unclog a drain and replace a trap. I actually was able to get a copy of the invoice - see the photo - to prove what they did. They have NO SHAME. When I contacted them to get this corrected, we played phone tag and I'm still waiting for them to call me back. What type of business would take advantage of the elderly like this? My parents told me they were working for about 2 hours total. This was a leak

This company over charged my wife for less than 5 minutes of work today when I called to better understand the charge the very unprofessional women that answered the phone told me that it should’ve been more. She said same price for 2 minutes or 2 hours of work...unbelievable!! As a business owner myself I’m shocked of the lack of integrity from your company. Im leaving this review so hopefully this doesn’t happen to other people looking for a honest & fair company.

I called with an emergency on Saturday morning and was given a time frame of 2 hours. The plumber, William, arrived within the hour. He was polite. He explained what needed to be done and proceeded to fix the problem quickly and neatly. I intend to use the service again
I have a service contract but when I called I was toldd there was no plumber available until Monday morning. They recommended I turn off the water and live with the toilet full of unmentionable. Needless to say I will be cancelling my contract on Monday
