Only giving a one star rating so that I can indicate to others to beware of Very rude people. The lady on the phone would not even make an appointment with me because they had never done service for me at my house before. Nor was a previous customer. Told me they only work on the products the sell or install. And there current customers. She then Asked how I even heard of them, like they were a “secret” plumbing company. ~They are the second company listed on Google for my area.~ I guess this is one of those, “it’s all who you know” kinda businesses. I have never had a plumbing problem

Mickley Plumbing responded right away to our emergency. Although they said they were booked but would get to us that day, they showed up within two hours, worked with the water department to get the water shut off, repaired our valve and got us going by 10:00 am. We were very impressed by the courtesy and thoroughness of the service. We highly recommend all of their services.

10/22/18 - he cleaned a stopped mainline/sewage line. Charged $170.00 02/19/19 - 3 months later it’s blocked again. No warranty on their work, so was charged again $170.00 03/06/19 - 2 weeks later blocked again, so I call Mr. Rooter, they have a warranty
They arrive within set timeframe specified, are professional, cleaned up, but no warranty on work.
They cleaned this line 4 years ago and there were no problems with that job, but I have a problem with people who do not stand behind there work.

Brad did fantastic on my furnace! I called because my heater just stopped working and he had it taken care of within 24 hours. It was done right and they even told me of other issues that could potentially occur and how to prevent them from happening. Definitely 6 outta 5 stars in my opinion. They'll always be my go to guys and given a strong recommendation!
