We had a positively wonderful experience working with John and his team on a major bathroom teardown and redesign (included moving a wall and plumbing stack/laundry chute from the second floor to the basement) in our 1927 South Minneapolis home. We had a vision and they helped to execute it with some unique style and attention to detail. We were kept aware of everything throughout the process and could not be happier with the results. We recommended them to our next-door neighbors who also used them on a bathroom remodel and they were very happy. I now see their sign up on a house down the street

Sylvestre Remodeling did two major projects for me in a townhome I purchased a year ago. They remodeled an unfinished lower level and transformed the master bath. They also replaced the deck with Trex. It was a pleasure from start to finish to work with John, Katie, Jim, Les and their subs. John and Katie listened to my ideas and needs and also proposed some solutions I hadn't thought of. Both projects were on time and on budget. No date slippage or cost overruns. The work is beautiful.

This was our second project with Sylvestre, implying our happiness with the first. Everything was carefully attended to; our project manager made near-daily visits to check on progress. We were right on schedule. I cannot recommend Sylvestre highly enough. (We did not comparison shop, so I cannot comment on value.)

We have worked with Sylvestre Construction over the past 15 years on multiple projects large and small on our 90 year old home. This has included an addition with a new kitchen and bedroom added, bathroom remodel, updated windows and moving our garage. We have found Sylvester to be very helpful from the initial concept through the design and completion. They have come through again and again on time and on budget
