We had a new AC unit installed after our 20 plus year went out last summer. We were told we were getting EVERYTHING new and a one year warranty. Within the first month we had issues. It wouldn't cool down the house in the month of August and on. Winter came and now the heater doesn't function. This unit is not even 7 months old. We called again and were told we needed a part to operate the heater. A $350 part they say should be installed. After 6 months, ac unit started to have problems. Called so many times and no one ever answers. Left messages and they don't call back. Finally found the number of the technician who came to install it. He claims there is nothing wrong it and we need to switch it from heat to EM Heat for it to work properly. That's not how that works. EM heat is meant if the AC unit breaks and we need to switch it to EM Heat, which obviously the AC isn't working. Stay away from this company!!!

Worked with Camilo. Dudes amazing. Amazing service and reliable. Calls were made on time. Met me on time. Installed on time and they went the extra mile with some additional items I wanted done with the install. Pricing was reasonable. Not the highest and not the lowest but I felt their service and team were premium. Camilo worked with me and I was very informative about my issues and concerns. He also advised me on different options and explained his recommendation. Again amazing guy to work with and made everything easy. Catered to my schedule and always made me feel I was priority.

At the beginning they promise you everything with a smile, and at your convenience. The estimate & Installation. Got new system installed on a Saturday. Sales rep came to collect there money on a Sunday.
Supposedly they have certified technicians, 3 days after installing the new unit failed. A Technician got scheduled to come out to inspect and said outside unit burnt out because it wasn't installed in properly and a whole new outside unit had to be installed. 3 months later noticed there's a water leak coming from the ceiling which i already had this issue in the past before

This system is over 8k, it hasn’t been a year since the installation and the thermostat stopped working- apparently labor and parts are still under warranty for 1 year. .. i called for service and said- I had to wait 4 days to someone to be available without being changed for service- BUT!!!! If I really needed someone sooner they said they could find someone for labor $120.00. And yes they came a couple hours later and i had to pay them at that moment $120.00 . The guy knew it was the thermostat that went bad- he said is something usual.And was fixed-I have 3 kids I couldn’t wait this many

UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! STAY AWAY FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND AND POCKET BOOK!!!! Without authorization from us, Camilo A./AirRey charged my mother $8000 on a loan account that she did not agree to be opened, as well as scheduling an install that she did not agree with or want. We did not sign any documents, no finance application or contract for work to be done. I wonder how many poor souls they have done this to that don't speak up or know their consumer rights? For your peace of mind, STAY AWAY!!!

They installed my a/c unit which I don't have a problem with. My problem comes now after 12 months. They set you up through synchrony back to make payments and they tell you that their will be no interest within those 12 months.BUT THEY DONT TELL YOU THE CATCH! After those 12 months they charge you the accrued interest. Which they told me it's at 29.99% so for that year!! They're are charging me almost $3000 of accrued interest. So I either pay the balance or pay the balance plus the interest! This is not fair to customers because they don't tell you how it's going to work

They posted on their website and Facebook page that they are supporting customers during covid by providing rebates for up to $1500 to customers who get a new AC. They are falsely advertising this and are not rebating Customers. If you call and ask about your rebate they are rude and call you a liar and tell you they never said that! They are ripping off new customers! Don't work with them!

I'm not sure what some of these people went through, and not playing down someone's experience... but mine was awesome. The price is right, and they get the job done in a timely manner. I feel like I was respected and was not given the hard up sell speach. I would do business with them again, and reccomend you get an estimate, and just see the wonderful service for yourself.

I contacted Air Rey last week and they replied immediately and schedule our maintenance for the same week. Our units hadn't been serviced since we moved to our house (3 years), so we were nervous we were going pay a lot or even need a new unit but they quoted us what was right and didn't overcharge considering how long it had been since last tuneup. Oscar the technician was very professional, on time and explained everything he was doing. We are very pleased with their service and we recommend them implicitly.

Air Rey installed a new HVAC unit in my house recently. From the first day I engaged them forward, i was met with profesional and responsive service. Federico, the sales rep that helped me, was able to suggest a smaller unit that was more adequate to my needs, even though i was already advised by a different HVAC company who was trying to get me to purchase a bigger unit. Terrible. Tried setting up routine maintenance with them and no one answered all 3 calls. Finally got through, the owner Vanina said she will check her schedule and call me back in an hour. Air Rey installed my ductless unit as part of a remodel via a contractor. They finished in late fall and the unit was supposed to be done. I tried to run it this spring without success. I had to hound the contractor as Air Rey wouldn't do anything. Their first visit was unsuccessful as the tech brought the wrong tools. Two weeks of hounding they finally showed and found a bad motherboard and then I couldn't reach them again for two weeks. I've given up and would never call them again.
