Chris and his team are amazing people. I trust their integrity, their work ethic and their finished product. They helped my parents with some plumbing work during the freeze and found a way to fit them onto their incredibly busy schedule because they knew we needed help QUICK. Chris and his guys were working overtime/after hours, during that crazy time after the winter storm, trying to ensure all their customers were taken care of. Our older AC unit went out after owning our home for 5 months. We purchased a warranty from Acclaimed but had already dealt with one claim that did not go as well as hoped. I had little optimism that I could file a claim and have an outcome more positive. In fact I called a couple contractors to give me quotes after learning the hard way the contractor assigned by AHW would save me any money. Chris and his team were a huge and pleasant surprise. We were customers of Spring Branch Home Services for nine years. We had them perform maintenance service on our HVAC units each spring and fall, replace two failing exterior AC units, and clean and sanitize our home’s ductwork. For the first several years we were extremely happy with them and would have gladly echoed many of the comments in the 5-star reviews on Google: responsive, professional, attentive, and knowledgeable and friendly technicians, particularly Marvin.
However, we’ve had several issues with their services over the past 1-2 years, ultimately leading to us parting ways.

I would highly recommend Spring Branch AC. Chris came out and diagnosed our system within 20 minutes of contacting him on a Saturday afternoon. Marvin and a crew of technicians arrived the following Monday morning and worked until late afternoon to make sure our system was running like new, probably better than new. Chris even went out of his way to pick up a critical replacement part that same day. Very professional, technically sound, experienced, honest, and hard working all the way around.

We have had great experiences with Chris and his team. Chris and Erica both have been to our home for routine check-ups of our HVAC systems. The staff are always timely, show up in uniform, in the company truck and check-in ahead of arrival. I highly recommend using Spring Branch AC. I have not had any issues at all. We are apart of their annual program that provides bi-annual check-ups for both our AC and heating systems. I called Chris at 1am on Tuesday morning, my air conditioner drain pipe was clogged and dripping into the pan under my unit in the attic. Chris called me around 6 am Tuesday morning and said someone would be at my house on Wednesday. Little did I know that because my bathroom sink in my downstairs bathroom was stopped up, it caused my air conditioner drain pipe to back up. So, when I unclogged my bathroom sink, I solved my air conditioner drain pipe clog, who knew! Called this company to get a second opinion from what I had been told by another company. They (Chris) was very honest and was helpful with his information. I set an appointment for the next day and his crew arrived on time and ready to evaluate my system. They completed the service call as expected. We expect to replace or system soon and they will be doing that work. I would highly recommend this company for all your A/C needs.

I’m torn with this bc I really REALLY want to have a better experience and we almost did. Called Spring Branch A/C up because my home warranty contractor was trying to get us for an additional $1800 for some modifications and other fluff that mentioned with the correct terminology as “modifications” so the warranty wouldn’t cover it. Anyways I spoke with Chris about what I needed and he was very kind and reassuring about sending out his tech Erica to look at it and diagnose it. AC went out Sunday evening. Spoke with Chris Sunday evening who was helpful and had a tech out first thing Monday. Marvin was the tech. Communicated effectively on timing, including when he was running a few minutes late, and had cool air blowing in 15 minutes once he got here. Explained exactly what he was going, why, and how much it will cost. Proceeded to do a check up on the rest of the system and got a very fair price for the work.
