I could not been happier with them! You know that living in Houston is not about if your AC will need something but when. I called 6 other companies and they were the only ones who could accommodate a visit to my home the very same day my AC stopped working. Rodrigo came to my house twice, and he explained everything in detail and was super patient with all my questions.
This is my first time using the company (my house is 5 years old), but it will not be the last!

The owner was willing to work with me on price and had a crew to my home in less than 48 hours - in the middle of August - for a full HVAC installation project. Recently had my ac stop cooling. Called Master AC and Heat and they were able to get someone out the same day! They found a leak in my coil and repaired it, had my house cold again in no time. Honest, dependable service at a good price! Will have them replace my system when the time comes. Thank you guys for the same day service!!!

Fast, reliable and honest all at a reasonable price. Needed my A/C looked at because it wasn't cooling properly. Called Master AC and these guys came out within an hour or so. The guy was professional and very knowledgeable, he had my A/C up and running in no time. I will definitely use these guys again in the future.

I highly recommend them to everyone! Very satisfied from start to finish with their work. I've used them for multiple homes and they were always responsive and finished on time. Communication is important to me and they were always there to answer any questions I had. The installers completed the job in a timely manner and stayed late to make sure everything was working. My mom's house needed a new ac/heat unit. I called Master AC and they were able to get her a great price and quick install. They even offered to come check it out next year to make sure everything was working properly. Everyone was nice and professional from the secretary's to the techs that came out to put in unit. Definitely worth it would recommend to everyone that needs service.
