Rigo owns Famous AC & Heat and he and his team are GREAT.
They just left my place after replacing my furnace. His team were very nice, courteous and professional. Rigo himself is a really nice guy and is super smart. He is also very fair, gave me a great deal.

Rigo is the kind of technician you hope shows up on your doorstep when you have an AC problem. It is only a bonus that he is also the owner. Right away you get the sense that he is going to do the job right for a fair price. He explained the job to me in terms I could understand and gave me a few options. He had the supplies with him and completed the job quickly.

He went up the attic came down and told me the entire system needed replacing ...while he was saying that the system came on... he went back up the system turned off and came down telling me the circuit board and other parts need replacing, that it's cheaper to replace the entire system.After I pay him the 60$ charge for showing up and after he left I went up and took a look and found a wire was disconnected. I connected the wire and it is now working.
